  1. Mark all messages in a thread as read.

    Currently many threads still have the green triangle next to them but I have no way of marking all messages in that thread as read.

  3. include number of recipients in group chat headers

    so we don't have to open the chat and check who's in it. For people with multiple group chats it gets confusing in the message list

  4. have to unlock phone to respond

    should have the option to have to unlock phone to be able to respond. shouldn't be able to just click and it allows you to respond if you have a lock on your lock screen.

  5. Add ability to search a contacts name, not just content of text messages.

    add ability to search a contacts name in the search feature. if I type "Chris" it only searches for that text in the actual text message and not the contact's name.

  16. create a quick reply button and read button in notification pane for messages like 8sms.

    that would make this app complete. at the moment you can only tap to quick reply or tap to open app. would be nice to tap message to open app, reply button for quick reply, and read button to mark as read. ;) that would this killer!

  17. Copy and Paste when websites are sent

    Example:
    I am sent the website www.textra.me by a number
    If I attempt to copy the link to for example, save it in my notes, or for example send it to someone else, the app wont let me. It automatically opens up the website. With plaintext, you can simply long press the text and it will give you options, this is not so with links

  19. Increase the size of contact icons both in the message thread catalog and when you select a thread

    Make the icon for contact photos (if the contact has one) larger. Closer to that of Hangouts. There is quite a bit of wasted space. If the contact does not have an assigned photo and initials are set, randomly change the color of the contact icon circle like in Google's People app.

  20. It would be wonderfully productive to be able to paste an image into the message box from the clipboard (such as screenshots).
