  1. Save photos automatically

    Options to:
    1. Automatically save mms attachments (photos)
    2. Display all attachments with the option to save individually, selected, or All.
    3. As a message with an attachment is displayed, have a pop up with the option of saving it.
    The thought being to allow catching up with saving photos without having to search manually, followed by doing it automatically or semiautomatically as messages are received.

  2. Open Bubbles Whenever We Like

    I'd like the option to open and close bubbles as we wish, not just get them with a new text notification.

  4. Bold tekst

    When you set up the phone in Android 12, you have the option of choosing bold text. This option does not come in Textra ....... and I HAVE selected "system" in the option under text in Textra!

  6. Show Phone Calls

    It would be helpful if phone calls showed up in the message string. When looking at conversations it is nice to see when I decide to call instead of replying via SMS.

  7. theme colour across all options

    I have a blue theme applied but if I go into the message list and select some message to delete the colour scheme changes to the default green until the action has been completed

    make deleted messages available to delete and undelete for 30days and make the options when you go in your deleted folder to immediately delete for ever type of stuff . that's the kind of stuff Google messages has

  12. Group Chat - Toggle Initials On / Off

    Topic - Would love to be able to toggle the initials of people in groups chats off completely.

    The initials take up room and can be confusing when people have nicknames.

  19. Smart Watch version please!

    I have had the PRO version for years, however I have t been using Textra because there isn't a compatible watch version. I just redownloaded Textra because I couldn't remember why I didn't use such a great texting app and when I got a text on my watch, it reminded me I couldn't use Textra in my watch and I almost uninstalled it again. please make a watch version! you would have SOOOOP MANY MORE USERS!

  20. Different notification settings for unrecognized contacts

    I get some spam messages, so it's be nice to get configure notifications for known contacts, and silence unknown senders
