  5. Make notification sound even when app is open

    Currently the app does not seem to have option for making a sound for incoming texts if the app is already open.

    this app needs to be active always to post notifications of new sms immediately when received not when you enter the app,you discover there were new sms

  9. Move or remove

    Can you make an option to move or remove the G-board speech to text button? I almost always hot that button instead of sending a text. It's extremely aggravating.
    Also, can you make it possible to move or resize the backspace key? I am constantly hitting when I mean to hit the "m" key. It deletes the "m" all the time.

  10. Add features of costumizing theme, and more as in Chomp.

    Your chomp sms app is good as feature there but UI is boaring. This app UI is not boaring but it would be much better that the feature of costumizing theme and self face photo beside self text message in conversation. These are very cool features. Location sharing option and chat feature is also a best and essential features for messaging app. It would much better if you give these features also as Google message and Samsung message are giving.   13. textra taking pictures of my home on its own when opening app

    needs a way to block unauthorized photo taking if I choose for textra to not use my camera as it pleases than it doesn't work properly even if I choose to notify me and let me choose if it can use my camera

    this is not ok no reason for it to be snapping pictures... only time it needs anything dealing with my camera is if I'm taking a picture to send someone.

  17. Integration with Tasker or MacroDroid

    I use MacroDroid and Tasker to automate a lot of things on my phone. You can create rules so that IF something happens (e.g. day = Monday and time = 10:00am), THEN do something (e.g. turn on wifi, turn on bluetooth, etc).

    At my job, I often get text messages or calls for certain IT related issues. Often times, I don't care about them and just block the calls and mute the messages.     I've been a Pro user since I got my Galaxy S3 - now have S21. Could you enable a swipe up gesture to dismiss notification pop-ups? Since our ability to customize the duration of the pop-ups on the screen was removed several updates ago, they hang around a bit too long for my liking and tend to be in the way.   19. How to change/personalize with a downloaded song not in the options

    When I had my A51 I had my husband/daughter/&son's phone & text (using Textra) notification sounds set to the Ohio State Fight Song (they are all alumni) - everyone else's is okay to be one of the preprogrammed notification options on the phone. I figured out to add the song as their ringtones. But I am having difficulty being able to figure out how to put the OSU Fight Song into the text sound options menu...
