  1. media notification

    I've noticed that if a person sends a picture with a caption or text you don't see that a picture was sent in the pop up notification until you actually go into the messages screen or expand on the thread a little bit. this causes kissed information and it would be helpful if we could somehow see that a picture is attached to the text

  2. Direct share broken

    I saw the following on Textra support...

    Android M direct share works by showing 'Direct Share' icons of the MOST RECENT app you've opened, that has the Direct Share feature implemented.

    Examples of apps with Direct Share implemented are Telegram, WhatsApp and of course Textra.

    For Textra we show 4 Direct Share avatar icons (these are your 4 most recent conversations in Textra).

    However, this isn't the case on my Samsung Note 20. My 10+ also exhibited the same problem. I was hoping the new Note 20 would solve it but it seems maybe this is a Textra issue. In…

  3. ringtone options

    Does Textra do the following? Can I set up text notification like this: 6am to 7pm. normal notification, 7pm to 10pm vibrate only, 10pm to 1am only screen wake, 1am to 6am silent. so this is mock schedule of how I may set my text notices with the option of changing schedule when needed - so now that schedule is set I won't need to go into menu and manually do it. does this feature exist? If no can it happen? was just wondering. Thanks

  4. Away Message function

    Would it be possible to implement an away message function? So say for instance, you just want a break from everyone, but you don't want people to think you're ignoring them. So you set up an automatic message to send, until you turn it off.

    Well I am told as a result I only get half the message.
    Please add a Subject line switch for sending and receiving if user wants it.

  17. Stop App from asking for permission to turn on/off WiFi.

    Randomly the app with pause or interrupt whatever is going on to ask for permission to turn on/off the WiFi. The screen will pop up over everything I'm doing and even pause my music and podcasts. Please turn this off or change how it asks ASAP.

  20. "Same as phone" color option.

    On the same as phone color option, it would be nice if you could choose to default it to the black setting instead of the grey. I know I can switch it to black manually, but I mean automation....... lol. great app. thanks.
