a number can be blocked using first 3 digits of an area code or last 3 digits of a number. I recently have been spammed. the numbers spamming are all different numbers but some have same area code. would be a wider range of blacklisting

Merging text threads
I've had friends for whom they've had to change phone numbers or they end up getting a second number for whatever reason and I'd like to be able to merge both their existing text thread with a text thread that they might not use anymore. kind of like how Google lets you merge contact information into one file.

recognize address
the app does not recognize an address and just sees it as plain text. if there is an address in the text you should be able to tap on it and it should open in a maps app if choice.

the title bar at the top of the app interface does not match with night mode.

Delete group message for all
When I delete a "sent" message in a group chat, does that get deleted for all in the group or just in my string of text.
Whatsapp gives you the option to just delete "for you" or "all".

driving mode
a "driving mode" auto reply would be very useful. Sends pre-set text to anyone when mode is selected

Smart Alert
Get "Smart Alert" to work.
Smart Alert is when phone display screen is OFF and messages of any kind come in, as soon as the phone is picked up a quick vibrate goes off to show that messages are waiting.

Notice For Lack Of Reply & Snooze
Enable the ability to flag a conversation upon sending a text that watches that conversation for a reply and/or snooze the conversation.
Several options could exist. It could watch for a reply and if no one texted again for your predefined period of time, you would get a notice in Textra. Or you could just tell Textra to remind you about the conversation regardless after a set period of time.I use Boomerang for Gmail and Gmail's snooze feature quite a bit for business. easy call making from text
once you're in the text menu in reading actual text message from a person, give a thumb swipe to the right, to reveal phone icon to make phone call from that menu.
