  1. new phone and old threads?

    at some point i will have a new phone but i have 2 l9xked threads. I'd Hate 😭😭 to lose those 2. they are all i keep. so is there, will there be a way to restore these on a new phone or have an acct so they show up like they've always been there? thank you

  3. Copy option for OTP based messages

    There should be a way to copy message directly from the notification . Like for the messages containing OTP or digit codes.

  5. Expire TTL per contact

    I'd like to set a customizable message TTL per contact. For example an MFA text from my bank should be deleted after 5 minutes.

  6. More compact user interface

    While I love the option to change the size of the text, currently there is no option to scale the UI properly. The result is the home page (viewing all messages) become too big, making a mess of the use of screen space

  7. Limit notification frequency option

    Some group messages can receive many text messages in a short period of time, causing the phone to make noise and vibrate constantly. Please add the ability to limit audible/vibrated notifications in a configured period (i.e. at most 1 message makes noise in a given 60 seconds)

  8. Scheduled Sending

    After one scheduled text is sent, even though scheduling is still on, the next text doesn't have the timestamp and will send immediately. You have to turn it off and back on to reschedule the time

  9. Textra ability to interface with a desktop for remote texting!

    Textra is already the best messaging app there is, hands down. But if it also had a built-in ability to interface with a desktop computer wirelessly/remotely, giving one access to Textra from a computer so they can receive/send/read texts on their screen without having to keep picking up their phone... Textra would be on 🔥FIRE🔥

    Sure, there are third-party apps that can do this, like Pushbullet, but they're finicky at best, error prone at worst -- they won't work, or messages received will only show up on the computer or the phone but not both, etc.

    As an end user concerned about space on my device I would like to set my defaults from mobile device gallery to Google photos, so that my entire photo library is available for text rather than the photos saved on my device.

  14. Notification of unread sms on right top of app icon by number of unread sms.

    Textra apps is really a very good app. Not only good but also best among other sms app. I like this app and i am using yhis apps for sms.

    I like all features of textra. It will be more better if textra wiil add some feautures also.

    There is one problem. When ww receive the sms there is no symbol of counted new unread messages on right top of textra app icon.

    It should be improved quickly as possible.

    the emoji keyboard will be also in other apps.
    not just in your app.
    it will help me and other people because all the people that have Android phone want the iOS emoji keyboard in their keyboard.
