Search Within Thread
Currently you can search through all the threads for any text, but the functionality to search within a single thread isn't available. This would be useful when you need search for text that could be in multiple threads - multiple Banks for example

Adding More People to Group Chats
I believe there should be an option for you to add more people to a group chat once the group chat has already been created. It would be a nice feature and it seen on many other messed ingredients apps like Samsung messaging and version messaging.

Show phone number category
Cureently the number category (private, work, etc.) is not shown anywhere. Even if I click on the down arrow for the conversation details screen, I can see the number only. This is annoying when I have two phone numbers for the same person, and I don't know which thread is for which number.

Dynamic Chat Bubbles
While I love the overall design of the app, the only thing that bothers me is the fact that the chat bubbles in conversation don't "stack" as they do in Google Messages and iMessage (i.e. if you receive multiple text messages back to back, the chat bubbles flow together with only the most recent text having a 'tail' on it). It would really clean up the look of message threads.

Change names
I would be nice to be able to modify a contact name in the app without changing it in my actual contact list.

notifications for special number
when my bank send a code, anybody can see from locked screen. I could stop notification to appear altogether. but I still want normal and to show.
I wish there was a way to remove the right of notification for certain number

Review pictures taken within the app
If you could click on a picture that you took while In the app to review it, that would be nice. Right now, if you click the camera button and then take a picture, you are not able to see what the picture looks like.

Option to hide/show contact photos in conversation list/chat
It has already been asked, but differently so that's why I make a new suggestion
In the Conversations List, as of now, we are forced to have the contact photo or a stupid circle with the contact initial in it. We loose so much useful space that it would be nice to turn it ON or OFF

Enable Android assistant to work with a Galaxy Note 9
Currently Textra does not work with Android assistant on a Galaxy Note 9. The manufacturer of Textra does not return email messages for assistance when it says it does within 48 hours. Then why am I waiting over a month for a reply from Textra (Delicious).

schedule message intelligence
If you schedule a message to be sent later, that message should not go out if that person has replied in the meantime. often I use this feature to remind the person of something I've asked them to do, and they reply, but I now have to go and delete the scheduled message which may be something that I forgot to do. The idea would be that you pause the message and put it right on top of the conversation

Add Contact Once Text Written
To avoid accidentally sending an incomplete / wrong message, we'd love to be able to write the message first, then choose contacts afterwards
