  1. Division

    I have a dual sim phone and I use one for work, and other is personnal. Is it possible To have 2 categories of sms. Like switch from one category and see only that? Like a fast switch button in the front.

  2. Option to edit blacklisted numbers?

    I blacklisted an MMS and it had my own number on it, blacklisting which won't certainly cause problems. There is no way to edit blacklisted numbers, please add it in!

  3. repeat notifications WITH adjustable interval

    Textra must allow the user to set a custom time interval for repeat notifications. The unchangavld default interval is not that helpful. Regardless the amount of repeats there are, the fact it is all built around 2minute intervals restricts the real utility of this feature. The Repeats are practically just spam, especially with larger set number of Repeats. I know I personally won't have much benefit to having a notification go off every 2mins if I didn't see/respond to it 2minutes prior. Something along the time of an ten minutes, half an hour, an hour, etc seems way more beneficial…

  4. Textra app for Wear OS (Android Wear)

    Hello! I have recently gotten an Android Wear watch and I noticed that there is not a Textra app for it. In order to text using my phone number from my watch, I must change the default texting app on my phone from Textra to the stock app. I live Textra and want to use it on my smartwatch. Thanks

    The default android text app lets you add a custom image to the text window background. It would be awesome if Textra allowed you to do that as well.

  7. Text box

    Have an option to when you type long messages the text you've entered box doesn't extend with the message. Example: My girlfriend and I send long messages as to make talking easier. So I type and then look back at what she said but with a long message its hard to do that. I know the default texting app for samsung has this feature.

  8. Block iPhone return message likes"

    Especially in group messages, it would be nice to be able to block the "like" because it comes back with the entire message.

  10. erase messages sent

    just like WhatsApp u should have a half hr or in your case 1hr to erase messages sent from not only my phone but from all phones a message is sent to now that is cool WhatsApp messaging is the best out there not even cell phone providers are doing it I think that is awesome feature that kills all messenger platforms make textra be that more awesome as well

    you should be able to pick icon badge and change the color to whatever a person's text message bubble color is so it matches plus a person can see when they get a text who it is just from the badge color

  15. Sort contacts into groups and seperate conversations

    It would be fantastic to be able to sort contacts into groups, lets say friends, family, coworkers.
    Then each of these groups would have their own tab, and conversations for those contacts would fall under that tab.

  16. Dark & Black Mode Small Text

    PLEASE either fill in with full white or allow users to choose colors for small text in Dark & Black mode(s). As it is now, the small text (message times, app settings) are outlined in white which makes reading/ referencing quite difficult.

  17. Big improvement.

    Textra needs a big development to spark things up for lovers. Soo many ideas but not updated. Ideas like privacy, additional customization (bubble avatar in chats, background photo....etc), new icons, new sending sounds and many more...just do something big and make a change already... #1 textra user

  18. Picture/MMS/attachment notification

    I have noticed that when people send text with their pictures my notification bar only shows that I have a text message. This has often led to me missing picture messages if I respond directly through the notification bar and dont open the app completely. You should definitely add some way to notify people that there are pictures accompanied with the text

  20. Add mute option to notification pop-up

    Frequently I get looped into conversations I don't care for and I want to mute them. I don't want to open the app to do this. I should be able to mute the conversation right from the notification pop-up.
