  1. Quick copy verification codes

    A feature that is very handy in Android Messages is the way it asks if you would like to copy 123456 right on the quick reply screen when you receive a verification code from an app or website. You guys should do that.

  2. Glympse app integration

    Add an option for Glympse location services in the "+" button on the keyboard. I feel it's the only thing missing from this app. Currently switching between 2 messaging apps because of this

  3. Adapting app theme colors to Android theme colors.

    Everytime I change my main theme color on Android Pie I need to readjust in Textra. It would be cool if it was happening automatically.

  4. Combining Individual Text Into Personalized Groups

    is this possible?
    I.e. labeling contacts into groups, but receiving each (text message) under one chat?

    Currently, it does not seem to be an option.
    I think this feature would help a lot.
    Thanks, hope to see or hear back about this implementation.

    this would be more for personalized organization and less about starting a group text.

  6. Group Chat Notifications

    Currently the Name section of the chat is everyone in the group based on the order added.
    When you get a message, in the message section it has the name of the person who sent it. Then the message, with long names you often can't see much of the message.
    The title should update so the most recent message sender should be first on the list, that way you wouldn't need their name in the message section.

  8. Shutter Sound Option

    I have the shutter sound disabled in my camera app, but the camera within Textra makes one. It would be nice to have the option to turn this off in the settings.

    There doesn't seem to be a relative time stamp--i.e. "now", "1 min", "2 hours"--in the notification shade as to when messages come or came...

  14. sending sms to several receivers as sms and not as mms

    hello textra development team,

    at the moment i address a sms to more than one recipient the sending format changes automatically to mms. you call it chat. but after that it is not possible anymore to send it as normal sms.

    it would be great if i could send a sms to multiple receivers, like i have to as a team manager.

    sending a mms costs me 0,39 eur per mms but sending sms is for free, cause sms are included in my rate and all sms and calling minutes are free.

  20. Creating your own standard texts.

    Im an electrician, and I have to call customers all the time to make appointments. And if they dont answer I send them a text with why I call and that they could call me to make an appointment.

    What I really want is a easy way to have insert a kind of standard text. Prefferably a set of texts to choose from and to create your own.

    (I got big fingers and presses wrong letter all the time so texting for me is a hassle)
