    I love the theming options on this app! Please update the status bar appearance to be the same color as the top of the app (as in new material design apps from Google).

  4. block texts that include chosen words

    as well as blocking texts from numbers be able to block texts containing certain words. for example so I can block all texts containing "TEXT STOP"

    so when you get a new phone you have all your settings saved and possibly have your messages saved ready for importing into your new phone thank you please make this come alive

  6. Support for Recovering Texts When Switching Phones

    Allow ways to either sync texts in app or have a better way to recover texts from other apps. I love this app but hate losing my text message history every time I switch phones.

  9. In group chats, provide a visual indicator (glyph/icon) of the group message type (chat vs bulk) or button to change the message type

    First, some background:

    I often use group messaging. However, for some things, I prefer to send group messages in "chat" mode, and for other types of messages, I prefer to send them in "bulk" mode. Due to the large number of messages I send out about announcements to things (where I require no response), I have my global / default group messaging type set to "bulk". However, when I'm responding to another group chat (where I'm included as a recipient), I typically want to use the "chat" group messaging type. The problem is that I still tend to forget which…

  10. Detect OTP in the messages

    Most of the time I use SMS is because I recieve OTP notifications via SMS. it would be stand out feature for textra if it could detect OTP messages and allow to copy it directly.

    the feature is available in Microsoft's message app and works great.

  13. SendLeap.com to use Textra on Android, but syncs with Web + PC app!

    I tried SO many ways to text over my PC via web\app that synced with Textra but nothing that I liked.

    I tried Android Messages for Web, it was ok, but I hated using the app instead of Textra. Switching back and forth sucked too.

    There was an app I found - TextTo.io, and they just renamed to SendLeap.com -- it works GREAT.

    I think it was too expensive but I hope the guys keep it around. It was my favorite.

  16. Report inappropriate/offensive ads

    Some way to report ads that are inaccurate (false/propaganda content) or in some way offensive, please! Your ad rotator service is displaying some things awful enough to make me want to stop using Textra!

    Love the group message feature, that you can name and call within group. PLEASE ADD ABILITY to add or delete contacts from group after it is created. Thank you!

  19. sync to stock messaging

    We have the option to sync from stock messaging, but not to stock messaging. The reason for this is for people like me that don't have all of the messages in the stock messenger because we've used textra for a while and titanium backup to restore our textra messages for a while, but are now moving to a different, unrooted phone. This way, we could sync all of our messages to the stock messenger then use a third party app to actually back the messages up.
