Chrome extension!
I love Textra, however I recently had to switch to a less enjoyed app simply because it offers a chrome extension, allowing me to text from a little dropdown menu while on my computer. I frequently don't notice I have a message when working because of this lacking feature.

Delete/mark as read messages directly from its notification
We should really be able to delete/mark as read any messages directly from its notification by expanding. I've been really looking for this feature to quickly delete spam texts soon as I receive them without disturbing what I'm doing currently. Strongly feel a great app like Textra should have this feature :)

Enable Quick Share
It'd be great if tetra enabled quick share, as Google messenger has, so that the recent conversation options show up at the top of the context share options. Google messenger currently does this.

Button to bypass send delay for urgent texts.
Send delay is great, but sometimes I need a text to send right now! Maybe you could leave the send button next to send countdown toffee so we can press it again to send immediately? Thanks!

Adding your own picture for background instead of just colors
to have a browse Gallery or photos, so we can have more options for background

Draft messages at top and saved.
When you make a draft message but don't send it that textra would 1. save it and 2. Place it in the top of the messages. This helps when you don't want to reply right away or if you need to reply later and need to remember to send at a more convenient time.

Block SMS not on your contact list.
blocking SMS from people not on your contact list this helps in preventing annoying spam messages that can come in even at mid night and can't be stop, this to me is annoying.

Automatically delete when swiping
At the moment we swipe left then click delete, or swipe right and click phone. Can we have the option to automatically do it without the click?

Mark as Unread
It would be awesome if when you long-press on a message, you can mark it as unread.
In my case this is useful because that way It reminds me that this specific message is important.

Show copy option when we tap on a number in SMS and this feature is very helpful while entering OTP that we got in SMS

Save photos or videos from sms to phones photo gallery
I will get photos or videos from family or friends via sms text message and would live to save them to my androids photo gallery. I can do that with the stock Samsung message app. Be nice to have that on Textra app.

The only thing this app seems to be missing is the ability to be able to see if someone has read your messages.
There needs to be a way to see if someone has read your texts. Something like what the iPhone has. Once the message has been read, it says read underneath the message. I thought this app had the ability to do that and that's the whole reason I downloaded it. Can this not be added with a new update?

Option to copy OTP only from msg
Whenever we received OTP from to securely verify another transaction, there is no option to copy only OTP, so that we can directly paste it in another transaction window.

Option to set a delay a message for a set amount of time
Have an option to where the user can delay a message or reply for a few hours or can set the message to be sent at a defined time.

When you have delay message on you should be able to press the message to automatically send it. Go Sms has a feature like this that is very useful.

Color wheel
I think there should be a customizable color wheel picker available for choosing bubble colors. Many colors I would have liked to use were not available.
