  1. Introduce Cloud saving for SMS and Settings in the app.

    This feature is a life saver when it comes to Android phones. With the necessity of frequent factory resets to keep the phone running smooth this will really come in handy. Apps like GO SMS Pro already has this feature and they are promoting it very much. So if you can introduce this feature for textra this will become even better than its already there.

  3. Private Inbox (with discrete notifications) like GoSMS and scheduling.

    The Private Inbox is a must have to isolate messages you don't want others to see. GoSMS's particular feature is very complete with customizations within the feature for total discreteness, from notifications to the renaming Private Inbox to something else to security lock options. I would pay if this was an in-app option. Please add scheduling too!

  4. CHAT HEADS! :)

    ability to have a floating icon to keep on or off screen we can reply easily when in an app. kind of like hover. but with a textra twist. :)

  6. Option to show only contacts from specific accounts. Galaxy S7 set to show only some accounts. Textra ignores that

    I would like to only be able to text contacts from specific accounts. I configured the Samsung Galaxy S7 to only show contacts from 2 of my 7 accounts. Phone indeed only shows contacts from the 2 accounts. Textra however shows contacts from all 7 accounts, which I don't want

  8. Textra 3.12 MMS 'Cannot get MMS' notification provides invalid instructions

    The notification states, "Check Textra > MMS Seettings > APN (tap to retry)"; however, this is no longer found in the settings menu.

  11. When I receive a text, especially group texts my system freezes/hangs

    Ive been on a galaxy note4 in lollipop and for months I've been seeing android freeze up and hang for about 3 to 10 seconds when a new message is being received. If I am typing in another application I tend to push the key over and over when it doesn't register on the screen so when the message finally comes in and the system stops being frozen I get a large buffer of keystrokes that get written out at once. And if it's the delete key I tend to lose at least half my message. VERY annoying. Seems to…

  12. can I create and then save quick responses that I can select and use at a later time?

    Allow a list of responses that can be created and then selected instead of having to type standard replies such as "I'll call you right back," or "I'm in a meeting and can't talk." Better yet, allow users to create their own, and if you are a pro user, allow more options to be created.

    Make it so we can send messages from other messenger apps like Facebook Messenger, and Kik through the Textra app, Effectively creating an all in one messenging app. Plus it would have been the advantage of having the beautiful looks and customization options of Textra

    Can you make the app compatible with google voice phone and be able to use it over wifi instead of having a phone service? I really love this app and I love google voice phone but I want the best of both worlds with textra
