  1. Unretarded Date Format

    Is it so damn hard for you to dev the adjustments for date format? So that user can choose their own preferrable settings? Your format of month/date/year is retarded, and by any definition is not used widely by people of the world.

  2. Show Failed Sends in list of conversations

    In list of conversations, each conversation shows a preview of the last message. If this is a failed sent message, add some (red error) icon to the start of the preview so that the user knows to go in and retry failed send.

    I don't know if it'll be asking too much but I changed I'd love to see is an icon change. Textra has been using the same icon since, I believe coming to the playstore. I just think it's time for a change. Love the work you all are doing. Continue to update & improve....

    Send an sms message to a list of people from our contact list the message should be an sms and not be converted to mms
    It will be a life saver feature for sending holiday greetings or sending invitations

    Il faudrait qu'on puisse ajouter des enregistrements audio dans l'application même au lieu d'aller dans nos fichiers et faire "partager" parce que c'est plus long. Pour enregistrer mes audio je suis obligée de passer par l'application "messages" de base...

  6. YES YES YES to backup-Encryption?

    I'd so LOVE to see the option to backup SMS/MMS to an external drive (PC or SD card)...
    You're going to lose marketshare to Signal, Telegraph, etc. without the option to encrypt messages. I trust you're working on both?

  7. acronym display list

    I send my daughter acronyms like lug for "love u guys" plus a few others. She knows what they mean but if she had the option to set up a table in your program of those she wanted expanded, that might be nice. thanks.

    All mobile number of a single contact ( like: mobile, home, office etc) are being selected when sending message/group message. It should select default number only or pop-up to select one or more number if any contact has multiple number!

  15. Option for contact's notification sound to be used in group message

    An option for individual contacts within a grouo conversation to use the same notification sound that has already been assigned to them in a SMS conversation would be useful. Currently, as far as I can tell all contacts in a group conversation have the same notification sound when a text is received in that group conversation, regardless of whether they have their own notification.

    it would be great if you guys added a feature where you attach a signature but specific to texts only sent via voice recognition. something like "-please excuse any typos or errors. This text was translated using voice recognition"

  18. Time Stamp

    P.S. Pressing on the time or pressing the "I" does not show when message was sent. It only shows the time that the phone was put on. I have had messages sent to me 24 hours earlier and no matter what I do with "Information", sliding to left, or pressing down, it will not show time and date that message was sent.

    Bonjour ! Je suis utilisateur Pro et je pense avoir une idée "design" concernant les notifications, en effet, lorsque le message s'affiche sur notre écran (fenêtre pop-up) afin d'écrire une réponse sans aller sur textra, la fenêtre dispose d'angle carré. Je pense qu'il serait plus judicieux et plus "beau" de mettre ses angles arrondis de tel sorte à ne pas avoir un carré "brut".

  20. Add Copy and Share Icon After Long Message Press

    After long pressing a message, a delete icon and a 3 dot overflow menu appear. When a single message is selected, it would be great to have a copy and a share icon appear also, this would leave only the lock function not addressed, and then the overflow menu wouldn't be needed at all.
