  1. back up for messages

    Getting a new phone can be hard considering you cant re store any messages from textra. How about creating something so that u restore/keep all of your messages!!!

  2. enhance scheduled messages

    love scheduled messages. but what if the receiver texts you before your scheduled message gets sent? your scheduled message might be out of context or inappropriate. allow the sheduled message to be aborted if the received sends a message in the interim.

  4. Have Textra always open to conversations

    I'd like if Textra had the option to choose either to open the app and you're always presented to the conversations or you are brought to where you closed the app.

    The reason for this idea is because sometimes I will send a text to the wrong person. It's never anything damning, but, I'll get a "what are you talking about" reply and then realize I've text the wrong person. I usually do all my texting from quick reply rather than opening the app. So, yes, this is definitely human error because I could just pay closer attention. I just…

  7. Config settings to control delete

    some users want one swipe deletes, others want a "are you sure" pause step when deleting, still others want "Delete" to mean move to archive/trash so one's inbox is "clean". Instead of forcing all users to accept same delete behavior, put the behavior as option in the config setting for users to choose.

  9. Individual customized notification sounds within group messages.

    I'd like to have the option to "Allow" customized individual notification sounds to come through in group messages. Many of my contacts have personalized notifications, but when one of them texts me in a group message, I'm not notified with their particular sound. It just notifies me with the notification sound for that group.

    Wouod be great to have an option to keave thebquick compose open until Ibam done with it. I am getting annoyed with re openong quock compose forbeach and every text, except sometines when it decides to stay open. No matter the setting I create, or what Android devide I use, quick conpose always shuts itself down after each and every send.

  11. Don't include gifs in MMS Auto save.

    hello, I use your auto save to Gallery function in the MMS settings, but I would like to not save my gifs. I send a lot of gifs and don't need them autosaved to my gallery. Is there any way to separate out gifs?

  14. Expanding Message Bubble

    I'd like the message bubble to expand up to the leftmost tip of the recipient's reply bubble. I usually send long messages due to explanations and business purposes and it's tiring for me to keep on scrolling them. It'd be okay if you could expand the message bubbles so it will not be troublesome. That's what the sms apps have now nowadays like Pulse or Mood.

  20. Pinning a chat to the notifications pulldown

    I wish I could pin a chat (maybe for only an hour) in the notifications. Can this be done in Android?
    This will make it easier to keep a chat within sight when going about other apps on our phones.
    bc sometimes i forget when I'm talking to somebody periodically.
