  1. DISABLE MMS

    Exactly as the title says. With the world of Facebook messenger and WhatsApp, sending long text messages, images or data via MMS is extremely costly. Please add the option to disable MMS messaging.

  2. Help - Link/Thumbnails

    I don't think I changed any of my settings. I might have though. When I send links for YouTube or an article, a thumbnail would appear with an image and a brief description in my text messages. Now, I don't see them when I send links anymore. I have seen the thumbnails for incoming texts but not for outgoing.

    Any settings I might have changed to cause this or is this due to an update by Texta that broke the outgoing format for links?

  6. Allow user to save MMS to different location

    my phone has very limited internal memory, so it would be very valuable to allow us to select where we would like to save our received pictures and messages.

  8. Add choice to send as Group or Individual

    when sending texts to multiple people, should have option to send as "group" text or as single "individual" messages to each recipient, as Yaata offers.

    bonjour, je vous poste à nouveau une de mes idees pour ameliorer cette application, sa serait génial que vous ajoutiez la possibilité d'activer ou de desactiver les bulles de discussion en arriere plan sur le mobile, que l'on puisse l'ouvrir comme la fermer tout en aillant un accès rapide aux conversations. merci à vous.

  11. Stay in the current conversation

    when you are texting someone and click the home button to go check Facebook or whatever and come back to textra it'd be nice if it opened to the conversation you were just texting in instead of opening to the conversation list/home screen

    hello.
    I wishthere could be password protection function for textra. I know we could lock our phone to prevent others from looking up sms, but i wish to double protect specific important sms. It would be good if we could lock user defined sms, by registering certain phone numbers. thankyou

  16. Signal integration for secure communication.

    It would be great if Textra supported Signal for encrypted communication.
    The Signal app allows you to use their protocol, and make it default for SMS. Super handy, but their SMS support is pretty rudimentary.

  17. Delete Confirmation or Recover Option..

    After accidentally deleting all of a conversation that I was trying to "pin", I think the delete option needs a safe guard.

    Possibly x2 confirmations before it actually deletes the items!

    Ps..
    I also support that it needs an "UN-delete or Restore" function. The app has grown to be at a point where mistakes like mine can be done, but not undone
