  2. Color for people bubbles

    Hello, I just started using Textra and I thinks it's amazing. Instantly, replaced my default app and had my family do the same. I just had an idea which I thought would make the app more aesthetically pleasing. When we pick a custom color for a person (Bob Smith for example) then the bubble outside in the conversation menu should also be that color. I change Bob's messages to blue. So there would be a blue "BS" bubble next to my individual conversation with Bob Smith. Or maybe you could just manually pick the color for the BS bubble like…

  3. Add quick option in text composition screen to allow sender to switch between group chat responses or bulk responses

    Currently, if I compose a group message and want the replies to come only to me, I have to go back out of the text and into the settings in order to change to the bulk option. If composing another text and I want the replies to go to the entire group, again, I have to go out of the text, into settings, and switch to chat. It would be so helpful to have a button that allows the sender to determine how replies should be distributed for that current text.

  5. Compatibility for Samsung Game Tools

    Please add comparability for Samsung Game tools. Textra is the only notification that comes through while "no alerts" is checked in game tools.

  7. Customize notifications in threads

    So my stock text messaging app will ring with different customized notifications to each person and make a different sound for each one texting in the thread. But textra does not do that, that I know of.

  10. New Message Alert

    I was at lunch today with a friend that has a Galaxy S7 and he uses Textra. When he gets a new message he gets an unread message number count on his home screen that displays the number of unread messages. Is this something that is built in to the S7 overlay? I have the Nexus 6P and i dont see any options to turn on the count feature.

    I would like the ability to remove and add people from/to group messages. Sometimes you add the wrong number, sometimes people don't want to keep receiving texts.

  15. Bug

    After receiving an mms message with photo I've got one unread message notification on the textra icon. And I cannot remove it. Neither marking all unread nor rebooting the phone don't resolve it. The standard messaging application does not notify about unread messages.

    Rather than kicking back to the main screen after re-entering from the home screen, give the option to continue where it was left off.
