  2. Bluemail Integration?

    I’m using BlueMail as my e-mail app. When someone sends me an e-mail with a phone number, the phone number is highlighted. I'm able to tap on the number to call it, and long-press to add it to my contacts. Is there a way to long-press to send a text message using Textra? I’m not sure if this can be enabled through Textra?

  3. Get rid of or have option to block email contacts inserting into messages when trying to text.

    All too often an email from the contact list is automatically inserted into message bodies instead of the word you are trying to text. Can this be removed or disabled?

  4. Recall an ad that previously appeared in textra

    We've at have the free version of textra we get ads with it.
    When you see the ad it goes away in textra.
    There should be a way to go see the previous ads in case you are interested in something you previously saw...

    Each sender's messages should have a different color bubble so it is visually clear who is saying what.

  7. A PRIVATE FOLDER SEPARATE FROM THE INBOX MESSAGES WOULD BE AWESOME

    Just in case we have messages that can be viewed by another person, we need a separate folder or box for private messages..... Also need to have the option available if we would like the avatar to be shown in the message thread.

  9. Allow users to select a specific number for a contact

    The most recent version of Textra allows the selection of a specific number for a contact; however, after the number is selected Textra automatically selects a different number associated with the contact, which may not be a mobile number (or may be the mobile number with extra digits attached to unblock my number to the recipient, as in the *82 function). This issue results in chronic failed messages and a complete inability to use Textra for messaging. Please fix this glitch.

    I used to be able to select several texts and send them to my email account in order to print them. Even though the option still exists, it isn't working for me. Can anyone help?

  13. Hi. App is very good, but for me is missing message when MMS is comming and data are off.

    In that case I would like to get same notification like with sms, but there is only info that MMS can't be downloaded on screen - without any additional sound or vibration. It's possible to add it? Thanks. Very good job.

  14. Update messed up messages

    I updated textra recently and first it deleted all of my messages. At first I was ok with that but when I received new messages it would combine numbers with old messages. For example, my sisters old messages got linked to a new number I texted about apartment rentals. I think it was only my phone that showed this but it made it very confusing while using it.

  15. Please a character counter. My language is Spanish and max characters per sms are 120, I need to know how many they will charge

    I know there is an option to use less characters when that means less sms. But I have no way to know when I'm going overboard. Also every carrier has different limits of characters per sms. My last one was 160, now I'm using another carrier and only allows 120. So I end up spending a LOT on sms. By the way, with my earlier carrier I didn't care, because I had free sms. But the option of stripping extra characters so to spend less, does not work properly. I doesn't strip anything like accents etc. Please add character counter…

  17. Put messages received from banks, facebook in same stack(thread)

    SMS sent from VA-FACEB and TM-FACEB should be grouped in one stack conversation. So there should be option to enable this feature and position of letters tobe ignored, like VA and TM should be ignored as these are used to identify the sender SMSC location and network operator. Thanks

  20. Slide Animation When Pressing Send optional

    Please make the animation for when you press send optional. I would like to be able to turn that off because I find it unnecessary and the animation itself lags really badly. I personally don't need or want to watch my messages try to slide up into the thread...
