  1. The ability to organize chats in different folders. Such as friends, family, and clients.

    -Being able to group certain contacts into folders. So that all your message chains from clients can be found in one area and not mixed in with all the messages from your friends and family.
    -Move messages from inbox to folders.
    -Create and name new folders.
    -Keep your personal life and business life separate and not have to scroll down to find that missed message from a client or coworker.

  3. Introduce Cloud saving for SMS and Settings in the app.

    This feature is a life saver when it comes to Android phones. With the necessity of frequent factory resets to keep the phone running smooth this will really come in handy. Apps like GO SMS Pro already has this feature and they are promoting it very much. So if you can introduce this feature for textra this will become even better than its already there.

  9. have sms or mms next to message to know what format it has been sent as?

    Can you please put the format the message is sent in! As I don't want to get charged for MMS messages and I only have free SMS texts. Also does long message does long SMS message convert automatically to MMS? I hope not as this is the main reason why I changed to Textra from the original messaging app!

  10. Select/Copy Single Words or Sentences

    Currently, the copy functionality is very convenient if I want to copy the whole message, but I find that I more often want to copy a single word or sentence from a message.

    It would be easy to implement this by still having the options bubble pop-up on a long press, but also allow users to select text within the message.

  11. Change the colour of the entire interface

    It would be good that we can change the color of the entire interface for each contact !
    Now we can change the colors of the bubbles for each different contact , but it would be great that we can change the color of the banner for each different contact !

  13. show the original sender info after forwarding message - need it when reporting spam to my carrier

    When I forwarded the message I couldn't see who originally sent it to me as the forwarding info replaced it. Can you keep the original sender info?

    When I'm connected to the internet it would be nice if I can use it to send messages rather than my carrier if I don't have sufficient service
