  2. Share entire conversations Through Email

    It would be useful if you were able to highlight a contact in the main screen, and share the entire conversation through Email, instead of having to manually highlight each individual message.

  3. White or Black App Start Up Animations

    I would like it if you guys make the Start up animations white rather than transparent gray. I know you guys choose gray because you didn't want the app to be "jarring" for when a user chooses a black background and it launches white, but this is okay IMO.

    Most apps with a dark background start off white then go dark or visa versa. A good example of this is AccuWeather. It actually goes black then goes blue when the app finally loads.

  4. I would love to see contacts pics when texting in conversation

    I would love when I send a text to see my picture likemy contact picture said this and then my message. And for whoever responds for that persons pic to be displayed then the message. Make it happen!

    My phone is dual sim. But textra doesnt support dual sim. Please add that feature because i love textra and dont need to remove it

  7. Grandfathering existing customers so they won't have to pay to do away with the ads

    Ok, so I realize that your end goal is to make a heavy profit off of this app and that is understandable considering this is a business but I feel your new "pay us or get hounded with ads" approach is terrible business sense. I believe that you should have grandfathered all of your already existing and quite happy customers into the non-ad texting app that they downloaded/signed up for in the first place and then just gave the "Pay us or you'll be laden with ads" option to new customers.   8. Saving numbers to contacts?!

    Is there not a way to save a new number to my contacts through this app?! I've been trying to find a way to do this but I'm coming up empty handed. If there is a way then I'm probably just overlooking it but I've had this app for a while now and that's definitely in the top three most irritating options that it is totally lacking.   11. SDK Integration with Yappy

    I think that all other SMS/MMS apps are inferior to Textra but I haven't been using it because of the support for Yappy. Any chance of using the SDK integration for Yappy so that Textra works fully with Yappy?

  16. Give the option to choose where to pull pictures from

    My gf's nudes pop up when I want to send a picture to someone. Can that be turned off? Or a list of the apps it can pull pics from would work, that is actually what happens when you click the first square.

  19. new ideas?

    Wondering if you could have personalization notifications. For Example.... Like for your mom a certain ringtone, notification alert and certain background. And for everyone else the other colors and sounds you pick.
    And more custom colors we can set as background images
    Also to SCAN our fonts in our phone so we can use different fonts. The standard ones are boring
