Sister, an iphone user, gets mad...
I love using Textra, and with other Android users, everything is fine. However, what looks like one long msg when I type it, ends up as three or four texts on my Sister's iphone. Plus, sometimes the parts come out of order so whatever I'm trying to tell her gets all confused. How about an Apple compatibility setting for sending msgs to OS users?

add more theme & accent colors with different tones
Apps like Shuttle+ (music player) lets user to choose color (e.g. Red) and then choose one of some color tone. (For example: cherry red, bright red, dark red, blood red, almost white red and so long and so far) it would be great to have more to choose from by clicking on any colors and getting its tones with different hue, shadings, brightness etc. Hope you understood what I suggesting :D

Undeliverable messages
I get in occasion messages that are not delivered. There is no notification to remind you that the message was not delivered. You should get a repeating notice not just a small icon on the top of the screen

Conversation widget with quick reply
Create a widget which displays an individual conversation on the home screen with the ability to quickly reply. Similar to the newly created widget in Google Messenger

Share entire conversations Through Email
It would be useful if you were able to highlight a contact in the main screen, and share the entire conversation through Email, instead of having to manually highlight each individual message.

White or Black App Start Up Animations
I would like it if you guys make the Start up animations white rather than transparent gray. I know you guys choose gray because you didn't want the app to be "jarring" for when a user chooses a black background and it launches white, but this is okay IMO.
Most apps with a dark background start off white then go dark or visa versa. A good example of this is AccuWeather. It actually goes black then goes blue when the app finally loads.
Personally the transparent gray is more jarring to me than anything because it appears defective. It looks…

I would love to see contacts pics when texting in conversation
I would love when I send a text to see my picture likemy contact picture said this and then my message. And for whoever responds for that persons pic to be displayed then the message. Make it happen!

Allow us to create shortcut icons on the home screen to get straight to messaging the contacts we use most often

Grandfathering existing customers so they won't have to pay to do away with the ads
Ok, so I realize that your end goal is to make a heavy profit off of this app and that is understandable considering this is a business but I feel your new "pay us or get hounded with ads" approach is terrible business sense. I believe that you should have grandfathered all of your already existing and quite happy customers into the non-ad texting app that they downloaded/signed up for in the first place and then just gave the "Pay us or you'll be laden with ads" option to new customers. Saving numbers to contacts?!
Is there not a way to save a new number to my contacts through this app?! I've been trying to find a way to do this but I'm coming up empty handed. If there is a way then I'm probably just overlooking it but I've had this app for a while now and that's definitely in the top three most irritating options that it is totally lacking. SDK Integration with Yappy
I think that all other SMS/MMS apps are inferior to Textra but I haven't been using it because of the support for Yappy. Any chance of using the SDK integration for Yappy so that Textra works fully with Yappy?
