    Filter or group nuisance texts - I get a lot of spam and it clutters my inbox. I'd like to filter out texts to see texts from my contacts only, is that possible?

  4. Traveling international

    My groups are messed up because Textra is confused about phone numbers while I'm overseas. It matches one of my daughters but not the other and it can't even tell I'm the other person in the group.

  6. Hide Conversations

    The ability to hide, or lock as private, conversations with specific contacts in the list.

    For example, my 10 year old son uses my phone when he is with me to text his mom and cousins, and I don't necessarily want him to be able to read some of the other conversations between me and my buddies or my gf.

    Good morning The application does not show the entire contact list. To select the person I want to send a message to, I must first use the contacts application. However, when I want to forward a message to other friends: forward (share), I can only send it to those shown by the textra application and this is 1/5 of all.     if someone is blacklisted, you won't get notifications but would you still be able to see a message if they sent one by going to settings and viewing chat?

    I'm uninstalling Textra because of your absurd blocklisting. So I don't want to see messages from someone, but if I look at the blocklist list, I can't even delete messages from that list? My ONLY 2 choices are to View Convo or Un-blocklist? Bye.

    Bonjour,
    Lorsqu'on déplace un message vers la corbeille, ne serait-il pas possible de le conserver pendant une certaine période (voire 30 jours par exemple) avant qu'il ne soit définitivement effacé. Un changement d'avis est toujours possible. Merci.

  14. Silent notification with set customized interval time set

    Limit the notification. Example I just rejected a text from one person, a land within a customizeable time frame, say 2 minutes. With those 2 minutes any text I received will be silent, no annoying notifications. There used to be a way for this, not sure if it was with android or textra

  18. make a read text out loud button

    Either a button or long press the text & have an option to have the text read out loud. This is almost a necessity when driving or working when you can't always have your eyes glued to your phone. I can't believe this isn't more standard.

  20. Emoji Search Option

    It would be great if there could be a keyword search function in the emoji tab. I understand emoji suggestions appear as you're typing, but it would be great to have a separate search function.
