    allow pop ups to work in landscale orientation, instead of auto rotating to portrait when opened.

  2. List texts in notifications with older messaged at the top and most recent at the bottom, like in a text conversation

    When i get a text, in the conversation the newest text in the conversation would be at the bottom. However in the notification window, the newest text out of multiple texts is displayed at the top, and it can be confusing going back and forth between reading the two

  5. show contact's photo next to name and number when searching or typing person's name when composing a message.

    i often have contracts with the same name. when composing a message as i type their name, i get matches appear but i cannot differentiate as i can't see visually which person it is. some of my contacts have photos so it is a useful way to ensure the correct person receives your message!

  6. Ability to suppress popup when certain applications are in use (like games that can't be interrupted)

    There are some apps that I don't want to have interrupted by the popup when a new text comes in, like streaming video or certain games. I'd like to be able to individually whitelist these apps, so that the popup won't appear while they are in use.

  8. Merge messages from the same contact but from different phone numbers into one brunch.

  10. Vector image for notification icon

    I have a Moto X and really like the active notification feature, but the Textra notification icon looks pretty bad when it pops up. (I'm using the white icon, which is closest to the stock messaging icon.) Most other apps have white vector images for their notification icons that display very nicely on the Moto X, and I think this would be a great addition to Textra.
    You devs are doing a great job here. Keep up the good work!

  11. Send contact information or vCard as attachment. It's the one feature handcent has that I need that Textra doesn't

    The ability to attach a contact is something I use daily, I only send the contact as plain text never as a true vCard because I like knowing any phone can receive it. This definitely isn't a hard feature to program and would provide so much more functionality.

  20. when open a conversion, there should be an option to hide contact number under contact name. its like privacy. handcent sms have this option

    when we open conversion. contact name and number is shown at the top.. i just want you guys to add and option to hide that number, so only the contact name is shown.
    handcent sms already have this option but i dont like it as its so laggy and slow.
    textra is a great app, i am using it on htc one m7. it would be great to add this option to your app.
