  3. option to silence message threads notifications

    Just like in ios 8, have the option to silence notifications for certain threads.

  10. allow users to customize bubble shape and/or size

    instead of just rectangular shaped messages, bow abou ovals as well? like the ios 8 style bubbles.

  11. Filter outgoing texts based on content

    I would love to have the ability to set a list of words that I don't want to sent to certain contacts. The app would prompt something like "are you sure you want to send a text with the word s*** in it to (your boss, parents, etc)?" Would have saved me a few times haha

  14. Ability to add Phone Numbers and Email addresses in an SMS to contacts.

    Sometimes you receive an SMS containing an email address or a phone number. To help facilitate adding the email/ phone number this feature should be implemented so that upon tapping on the phone number/ you get the option to either Call/Email or add to contacts.

  16. Bigger Quick-reply Window when the keyboard is visible

    I would like to have a bigger quick-reply window when writing back (keyboard visible).

    At the moment (v2.12) the window is pretty small and I can only read one line in the conversation. So it would be better if the window covers more of the empty space (between the status bar and the keyboard. Here's an screenshot: http://goo.gl/D0zAxd

  17. Ability to unselect one or more individual of a group before sending the sms

    When sending a message to a group, it could be very useful to have the ability to unselect one or more contacts from the group, that are not concerned by the current message.
    And when sent, to have access to a detailed report including the date/time received for each contact of the group.

    Thank you so much for this great app, and I look forward to see the new improvments ! ;-)

  18. Display only the latest text in quick reply

    8sms has the neat feature of only showing the latest message from the sender once the user presses reply from the notification drawer. The current setup makes it difficult to see the latest message if it's quite lengthy. Often, I have to bring down the keyboard to see the message. Adding this would definitely make this app 5/5

  19. Either make the notification bar solid black or completely transparent when using your app

    Make it completely solid black or 100% transparent. The half transparent look is a bit off.
