  1. Set granular attachment retention by chat group

    I would like to recommend an option to be able to delete or expire picture attachments in specific chat groups.

    For example, I have a chat group that is filled mostly with memes. I would like to keep the chat messages permanently but delete or expire the picture attachments after X amount of time.

    However, in other chat groups, I would like to keep pictures / chats based upon Textra's global message retention settings.

    The advantage of setting granular attachment retention rules by chat group, I believe would save significant local memory space.

  2. Store some data on SD card

    At the moment, my Textra app is taking up 6.6 gigs on my internal storage with no option to move the app itself or saved messages/ attachments to my 128GB sd card that is almost entirely free. With so much space eaten up, I barely have room to update my apps let alone download new ones. There should be an option to shift some portion of the app's data to external storage.

  4. Longer text delay

    Could you please extend the text delays to offer 30 seconds and 1 minute... May save some people some arguments and stuff.. A max of 9 seconds isn't long enough

  5. More customizable buttons on notification panel

    Plz add "Mark as read", "Delete", & some other options available from notifications panel & put a setting on the app we can add or remove this options one by one

  6. unsent message notification

    there should be an option to have your phone remind you that you have a draft message waiting to be sent. it happens to me very often that I write a response in the quick reply widget from my pulldown notification menu and I either forget to hit send or I think that I hit send and end up just swiping the entire message up which is what happens when you press send anyway. so people get very angry and sometimes break up with others because they didn't send that really important message that they thought they sent and there's…

    It would be super helpful for me, if there was a way to archive a conversation. I don't like to delete my text messages after I'm done with them, I have to keep them for backup information for my business. However, if I could move them to another folder to clean up my inbox, I would be over the moon grateful!

  14. Reply to specific member of a group message.

    in a group message it would be nice to be able to click on a message to reply specifically to that member of the group only, even if it creates a new thread.

  18. Auto Reply when driving

    I like many other would love auto reply implemented in app. Many other apps have this option built in and would like it to be a part of this texting app. Please look into adding this.

    To lock message is good option I use it regularly! I suggest to have TOO archive place for some messages we don't need to see regularly.

  20. dual sim default

    I've found there is no way to set default sim on dual sim phones and sometimes I forget to check which sim is sending a text.
