  2. Map links

    I would love to be able to click on a link which identifies address formats so that it opens automatically into maps when I click the address link.

    Is there currently a way to customize the color of links within messages? I'd like links to be a different color than message content.

  4. Textra quick replies/feedback like iphone

    Can Textra include feedback replies like questioned, like, emphasized, etc like iphone does? Sorry, new user and can't find it.

  5. Independent contact rename

    Eg. My pharmacy texts me that a prescription is filled. They use a string of numbers as a contact name though. I don't need them on my proper contact list, but it would be nice to rename anything coming from them for easier recognition in the future.

  6. Individual Thread Options

    I've been using Textra for over 4 years as my base messaging app and I love the customization and the features it provides.

    You guys are doing a great job!

    However, I think you should add a few more options to the app which are very useful at times:

    1- The ability to search in individual threads as well just like the entire app has search option

    2- The ability to select/deselect all messages in a single thread.

    3- Ability to keep conversations muted even when there is no message in the thread.

  8. scheduling messages through new device

    this probably won't get looked at but it's just a minor update what could be done in the future if it goes through. when you schedule messages to go off certain days is such a great idea but when you need to upgrade to a new phone and you install Textra again you need to do it all again I wonder if it's possible to sync scheduled messages when you buy a new phone so you have then ready

  10. Adding photos show albums

    It would really be helpful to show gallery albums instead of all photos in one big glob. By the time I can add an older photo in a conversation, it took so long the photo is no longer relevant. That's kind of frustrating.

    Would it be possible to implement a repeat option for a scheduled text message? Meaning you could schedule a text message to send out let's say at 8am every single morning until a specific end date or no end date?

  18. Repeated/Automated Scheduled Texts

    Textra's scheduled texts are a wonderful feature. Lately, I've run into the use-case where I need to send the same particular text message once per day, every day. When the scheduled text is created, it would be nice if there were a checkbox to let this scheduled text repeat X number of times, or up to a certain future date, etc.

  20. notification idea

    why doesn't the app show there's unread messages when closed there's no type of counter or indicator letting you know there's unread messages like every other messaging app has I have to physically click the message app to see if there is any unread messages
