Textra automatically deletes messages that are sent for 2 factor authentication after a specified time period has passed.

Lock whole conversation thread
Just like you can lock an individual text so it can't be deleted, would love a way to lock a whole contact/conversation thread.
I may have accidentally tapped a conversation when deleting another a couple times and it was rough.

Categorized texts
I work with clients frequently and use my personal phone to text and coordinate with them. I would love to be able to sort through my texts based on the group they are in, the same way gmail sorts mail by personal & professional.

Language setting
While living abord I have my phone on local language for using some local apps, but wish to keep using essential apps in English. But Textra only come in system language.

Group chat send warning as an option
Sometimes my boss texts me separately and sometimes he texts me in a group. I sometimes reply back on the group when I mean to reply individually. I would like an option so that any time I am sending a group text, a pop-up say "You are sending a reply to a group. Press X to cancel within 5 seconds" or something like that. So I can cancel and then send it the way I meant.

lower first message
I love Textra. but on the S10, the top most message should be around the middle/top 3/4 of the phone, like the Samsung messages app. this way I can reach it with my thumb. thanks

Email address hyperlink
You already hyperlink the email address and it works great if you're trying to send an email, but it would be cool if it instead opened up an option on what to do with the email address. I am trying to use the email address to send a PayPal to someone, and it automatically opens up Gmail every single time. There is no way to copy the email address and no way to stop the hyperlink to Gmail.

Favorite Selected Texts
Hello,
I get important job information texted to me and in the same conversation othet irrelevant information. I would like an option to favorite or sticky or even pin certain texts and have them appear in there own conversation. Also I would like to also unselected them from that conversation when they are no longer relevant.

Encrypted Texts
With the growing concern of data hacking encryption of all kinds is becoming the norm. In order to keep up to date in the digital world I find it is critical to to stay current for security. I have switched to Signal texting app until Textra has become more current. I loved Textra. I await the day to return. Thanks guys.

Do not disturb
I have a Samsung Galaxy 8 running the latest software.Now when I use my do but disturb feature at night which should block all notifications, textra still gets through with msgs from my notification drop down area.Although textra has specific settings to make sure nothing shows while dnd is activated this still happens.Maybe make sure my phone does not notify me in any way because it defeats the purpose of dnd.
