  4. Block By Keyword/phrases

    this is the one feature Textra needs to be the best texting app. I really want to use Textra, but cannot use a messaging app that doesn't have this feature.

  5. Repeated/Automated Scheduled Texts

    Textra's scheduled texts are a wonderful feature. Lately, I've run into the use-case where I need to send the same particular text message once per day, every day. When the scheduled text is created, it would be nice if there were a checkbox to let this scheduled text repeat X number of times, or up to a certain future date, etc.

  7. notification idea

    why doesn't the app show there's unread messages when closed there's no type of counter or indicator letting you know there's unread messages like every other messaging app has I have to physically click the message app to see if there is any unread messages

  14. Mobile phone numbers only

    Contacts mobile phone only (ie phone accepting sms/mms) should show when selecting recipient. When a contact has both a fixed and a mobile phone number, there are goog chances they nevet receive the message...

  18. Progress bar for MMS sending

    A neat idea would be a progress bar along the bottom of the MMS message being sent. Like how far along into the picture being sent. I remember seeing this on the Blackberry texting app.

  19. Fix blacklist

    Since the last update it doesn't seem possible to unblacklist a contact/conversation which there was previously. The blacklisted contacts just disappear and are not visible in the blacklist to unblacklist.

  20. Block unknown number/no alerts?

    Spam messages piss all of us off so why not an option for only turning on notifications for numbers in your Contacts or an option to put those messages in a separate box? If you can filter by mobile number only, this should be feasible.
