  1. Re- call a message

    I know that there is an option to for messaging delay which most of the time I don't use it. It would be possible to have an option to recall a Message right after you sent it ? Of course matter of seconds though.

  5. Sorting Names for Groups

    It would be really helpful to be able to sort contacts alphabetically by last name within a group. Right now it's sorted FIFO which is no help at all when you've got a really large group and you want to select individuals from that group.

  6. problem in show numbers

    There is one problem in some numbers.
    for example, i received message from 300054 but application put a zero number before that, like 0300054.
    its not well 😕

    There is no need to put an extra zero number by app. all the required numbers are available in the sender's number and only need to be displayed, just like what other apps do.

  7. Dark mode on off time from phone settings

    I would be nice if dark mode work like all apps from system settings (Nova launcher, Google apps work this way)

    Main view of application should have visible messages number for each contact as well as something like "progress bar" during viewing messages inside thread.

  9. Move Sim card icon

    It would be great if you could move the Sim card icon away from the Send button. You can accidentally hit it and change Sims while sending messages.

  10. recognize address

    the app does not recognize an address and just sees it as plain text. if there is an address in the text you should be able to tap on it and it should open in a maps app if choice.

  13. Time stamps

    Allow us to change when we get a time stamp after a period of time. when you don't respond for 20 minutes it brings up a big center time and date but no where to change. allow us to set time limits on those; 20 min, 30 min, 60 min etc

  14. Smart Alert

    Get "Smart Alert" to work.
    Smart Alert is when phone display screen is OFF and messages of any kind come in, as soon as the phone is picked up a quick vibrate goes off to show that messages are waiting.
    its a stock feature. Note 9 on Android 10. Stock messaging app it works. As soon as i switch over to Textra its no good.

    It would be great if in case of changing the phone for example, once Textra is downloaded on the new device, we can log in, so all the messages will be there!

    I recently purchased a Chromebook which connects to an Android phone VIA Bluetooth. This permits "Messages by Web.” This feature allows the user to send and receive regular SMS messages using only their Chromebook.   20. MMS failure issue for scheduled messages

    MMS workaround of temporarily turning off wifi seems to work, but I still have trouble with scheduled messages.
