  1. Please explain yourself Textra. please

    Dozens of people have ask for a major improvement...an archive option... to be added to Textra.
    You do hundreds of updates and pride yourself in Textra being the most customizable messaging app. You give us a continual flow of unnecessary options, but blatantly ignore pleas for archiving.

    Could you at least kindly give us an explanation for your actions? Please.

  2. Move Navigation Bar and Message Button

    Move the navigation bar to the bottom and center the message button within the navigation button and completely remove the navigation bar within the message section.

  3. Scheduled message send

    Good morning Textra team. Is it possible that you add a scheduled message send feature. The Samsung message app used to have that feature, but lost it in upgrades. That is what lead me to search for another message app to use. Though yours allows for message delay, the ability to send a message on a scheduled date would (for me) complete this app. I would love to hear what you think.

  5. Show phone number category

    Cureently the number category (private, work, etc.) is not shown anywhere. Even if I click on the down arrow for the conversation details screen, I can see the number only. This is annoying when I have two phone numbers for the same person, and I don't know which thread is for which number.

  7. Чтение и сохранение PUSH уведомлений.

    Реализовать возможность указать приложение, PUSH уведомления которого собирать и сохранять как SMS для заданной ветки сообщений.
    Актуально, т.к. многие банки переходят на PUSH без отправки SMS, они не сохраняются, плюс можно собирать информацию из других приложений.

  11. Share Dialog, shortcuts, not customizable

    PLEASE beef up customizability of the share dialog. Options we should have:

    "Sharing" to Textra should open the full app instead of a pop-up window.

    The share dialog shows your recent contacts instead of the current static "Android starred contacts" list. (This one is really hurting your image.)

    The app should be allowed to stay open after completing the share call, instead of automatically closing.

    We should be able to disable the numerous share shortcuts for individual contacts, which appear in the main Android share menu. (I don't need hot buttons for individual contacts; I just need the one button…

  12. notifications for special number

    when my bank send a code, anybody can see from locked screen. I could stop notification to appear altogether. but I still want normal and to show.

    I wish there was a way to remove the right of notification for certain number

    Hi I have been using textra for a long time on my samsung s6 and have recently gotten the versa. I am able to receive a notification on my watch, but I am unable to read what the actual text says. can you make it compatible?

  15. Stop closing app.

    If you need to forward something or respond to an incoming message the app closes immediately after sending. This is a nuisance if you want to send more content or type more than one message. Allow that to be optional.

  16. emoji list

    have the emoji list categorized from left to right as opposed to it being vertical. that way the user can get to the "flags" with a few swipes to the left as opposed to having to scroll all the way down to get to them. This is the primary reason why I use a different emoji app. it's a lot faster to get to what I want to use. I don't think I should have to scroll though all 1000+ emojis just to get to the last one at the bottom.
