contact labels
I have multiple numbers in my work contact under different labels. I often get texts from a few of them numbers but they just come up "Work". is there any way of implementing such a feature so it is no longer confusing on who is texting me?
I know a work around would be just to use separate contacts, but it is easier for me this way.

Night colors for font
For those of us who have dark and in my case, pure black background for everything, red and green font color similar to night vision would be FANTASTIC!

Limit # of SMS/MMS per month (carrier limits)
Some carriers have texting limits for lower budget phone plans.
It'd be nice if there was an option to limit the amount of texts you can send every month, based on what the carrier allows.
It's easy to send lots of texts without realizing it and this would help prevent any overage charges on your bill.

Option to turn off MMS error notification
I'm about to delete this app because I'm getting constant notifications (complete with vibration and LED) about being unable to retrieve MMS messages. As in, Textra sounds the alarm when a single routine check for messages cannot be completed immediately, even though I can still get a message seconds later and there is no actual problem. I'd like to be able to disable this type of notification.
I also often get a message saying my texts can't be sent, so I need to tap to resend. Except it gives me the error the instant I try to send, and it…

For a second you could hit the + key and choices would come up for take a picture or choose a picture. Now all you can add is an emoji. Please bring back the other choices.

it would be cool if you could change the back ground and be able to pick your own pics from the camra roll

Notifications even on active conversation
Play notification sound/vibration even for a conversation that is actively on the screen. People I'm talking to sometimes respond before my phone goes to sleep but I think they haven't responded because I put my phone to the side after sending message and heard no alert.

drag and drop
in split screen, make it available to drag and drop from Samsung gallery to Textra contact. They both open in split screen but can't drag and drop.

Chat heads
Add chat heads to textra that shows the picture of your contacts and then you can quickly reply them go on with your day. I know of one other app, Mood Messanger, that has chat heads and it's super convenient

Press ENTER to send message FROM notification
Hi, I've already activate the press ENTER to send message FROM the application, but this doesn't work from the notification, and this is very annoying, when you want to reply to a message and your phone is locked on the landscape mode.

Font/Bubble Colors
When choosing our own theme colors, have the optjon to make the font color automatic or something so we don't have the problem of having white bubbles with white text or black bubbles with black text.. have the option for those particular bubble colors to not have the same font color
