  1. "You:" text in message list

    If I'm looking at the main list of all of the people I've texted, I want to be able to tell which message previews are for messages I've received and which ones are for ones I've sent. Android Messages does this by appending "You: " to the beginning of messages you've sent in the preview.

  2. location, location location!....sharing

    Please this should be a basic option in 2018. I have to use two apps to make this work. smh

  3. Archive Option

    Dear Textra Dev Team!

    Please add an option for Archive sms. There are so many messages which are important but we don't want to see those in our inbox daily!

    This option can help us to keep the inbox clean without having to delete necessary messages!

  6. Sort messages by time sent instead of received

    Sometimes messages get delayed on my carrier, so if Textra had an option to display & sort messages according to the sent time instead of the received time, that would be very handy, especially when trying to make sense of group chats.

  8. A Complete Redesign

    As most Android apps are now using bottom navigation bar instead of top because Phones are getting taller
    So a bottom navigation bar makes sense.

  10. Hidden Numbers

    GO SMS allows you to hide text messages and have to hit a button under the settings to access them. It even allows you to change the incoming message name. I used "AT&T Terms and Conditions"as the incoming message name.

  11. Reply to a specific text message

    Can you add the feature to reply to a specific text message? Similar to Viber and Whatsapps, you long press on a specific message and it copies that message into input area as a reply.

  15. Responding more than once in the notification

    I really like how smoothly one can respond with a message right through the notification, but I wish there was an option to disable the automatic retraction of the window upon sending the message so you can send more then one. Perhaps if this option was enabled, there could be an X or upward arrow at the top too close the window when you're done.

  18. Different Color Notifications, Same Conversation

    I would love to set different color notifications for each person in a multi-person text conversation. for example, it would be cool if in a convo w/ my sister and wife, my sister's texts would have a green notification icon and my wife's would have a purple one.

  20. Group texting

    If I send a mass/group text, the app asks to be allowed for a number of times. I asked a while back for this to be fixed. Not sure if it's my Google phone or the App! I would love if it only asked once and then send the 400 texts! That would be great/Perfect!!!
