  2. easily creating a new text thread

    it's not easy to take an existing text thread and add/remove a contact. so if I have 15+ contacts and wish to remove one contact, I have recreate that thread 1 by 1. would be nice add/remove from an existing and Bam! new thread done.

  3. The bubbles look awesome but the letters seem a bit crowded

    Kindly have an option to adjust line spacing in bubbles.. It will increase readability.

  4. Textra on the Pixel 2

    I was receiving some but not all of my text messages on Textra. Seems like it specifically affected texts coming from iPhones. I love Textra, hoping there is a simple fix it setting and it's not my carrier, Verizon.

    vCards crash in this app for some reason. Please add support for them so contacts are easier to share with friends.

  6. Use keypad when composing new text

    When composing a text, add a button to switch to keypad to enter the phone number instead of being forced to use the number row on a keyboard. Useful for numbers that are memorized or people not added in contacts.

  7. Copy text from messages

    I'd like to be able to copy text inside a message. Sometimes I don't want to copy the WHOLE message, but just a selection within the message, but it won't allow for that. It only selects the whole message and won't allow for selecting individual text.

  8. Contact Card integration

    I believe this used to be feature but if not it should be looked into integrating the contact details card into Textra like stock Android Messenger. This allows when clicking on the picture of contact on main screen of your conversations bringing up the contact card to access info as well as quickly change to video call via duo or other options like emailing contact.Only feature I really miss from stock to Textra change

  9. MMS delivery not working

    It just says "sent" but never "delivered" for MMS. Note 8 N950U1 on T-Mobile.

    SMS works just fine but not for MMS.

  10. Textra Web App

    The ability to access Textra and send/receive texts on the web would be beneficial to people who get no cell phone reception at work or at school. Being able to access Textra online would alleviate this issue!

  11. instant messaging

    With so many people already using Textra, can we make it have a instant message to other Textra users, that defaults to sms if the recipient does not have Textra? kinda like how iMessage works. It would be so much better than waiting for carriers to support RCS, which might never be supported by some (at&t)

    When I share links on the internet or other apps, I always have to type the name of my favorite contact. Having this saved for recently shared contacts or something would be nice!

  15. blacklist notification

    1 add option to see a notification if a message is recieved.maybe a unique icon.

    2 password protect blacklisted number area.

    3 add option on slide bar to blacklist individual contact or shake to hide.

  16. MMS Max Recipient Bypass

    Most Companies like ATT have a cap on the max people/Recipient you can an MMS to simultaneously. When you send a MMS to more than 10, you'll get an error n the message will not go through

    It would be nice if y'all had an option that allowed us to send our MMS to more than the default cap. Lots of third party apps can do that

    When you quick compose or reply it closes after the first message sent. Id prefer to have it stay open to write multiple, or have the option too. Thanks!
