  2. Give the option to send SMS to an email address. Not restricted to MMS only.

    Give the option to send SMS or MMS to an email address. Android Messenger can do this, but Textra automatically assumes its a MMS. Some carrier charge this as picture message, instead of a sms.

  3. Can't add attachments

    I have recently installed Textra, frustrated by my inability to add more than one photo to a text message in the native messaging app on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. Now, despite numerous discussions about it in various forums on the net, I find I cannot add attachments to Textra messages. The '+' button generates a screen asking me to change the permissions for the app to allow 'draw over other apps'.   7. Choose your own most frequently used emoji to be "pinned" at the top of the emoji menu.

    Currently, at the top of the emoji menu is a section with your "most recently used emojis". While this is a really great feature to have, it would be more beneficial to me if I could select which emojis I want pinned at the top of the emoji menu. There are about 20-30 emojis that I use the most, some of which are buried pretty far down in the menu. Being able to choose which emojis I want to stay at the top would allow me to text faster and more efficiently, as I wouldn't have to waste time repeatedly…

  10. Change advertisements BACK to lower down!

    I want my vote to count at least? It was great having my pinned conversation at top...today, I hit the advert again? WHY on earth would users want that inconvenience back? It was perfect when advert was lower down!!

    if a person has multiple cell phones (work and personal) or if a whole families information is in one contract, it works be nice to see who is texting or from what phone by showing the phone label

    hi I really enjoyed the adverts being at the bottom of the screen and I know a few other users who did as well. I find them really inconvenient on the top I touch them by accident. I was thinking perhaps there could be an option regarding where the ads are placed in our inbox.

    can we please have an auto reply that we can put a custom message in. something that will instantly send a tex back tonthe sender , for when in meetings..movies... etc .?

  20. Highlight conversation header

    No sms app does this. I know I can change the color of the contact circle in Textra but having all the conversation row change color would really pop out for me. Some sms are much more important.
