  2. Being able to see someone typing or getting a notification they saw the message.

    When you are texting someone, there should be a notification when they are typing and when they saw the message.

  4. Repeat scheduled SMS option (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly)

    The option to repeat scheduled SMSs (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly) will be a great add and a major key deferentiator between other apps.
    many need to send the same message on regular basis (reminders, birthday messages, etc)
    and saves the hassle of getting another App.

    Changing the text bubbles is nice, but I'm not seeing an option to change the main bar color based in a per conversation basis. It would be a nice little feature

  12. Sharing Attachments in Group Messages

    Google Messenger does this for example.

    When trying to share something like a photo from the phone's gallery, a gif from tenor, or a bitmoji... When selecting textra as the medium to share the attachment, the consequent pop up you're provided with is a list of all your contacts or your favorite contacts. This makes it EXTREMELY difficult to send to group messages.

    It would be nice to see a function like Google Messenger in which the pop up is instead a list of all of your message threads, so you can select which thread to add the attachment to.…

  13. that new "Insta send" fucking sucks

    why in the hell did you put the arrow to instantly send a message in the same place as the delay was previously? Now when I want to not send a message I've composed I instinctively hit the same place hoping to cancel that send. instead since you've moved the button I now force it to send that text faster. Why not put the instantly send icon somewhere else? Terrible design. also taking links or whatever out using the rationale that we know what we've sent people is trash.   14. Replay Notification for Repeat Reminder

    On the Gear S3 (possibly other watches too), it will not display repeat notifications for unread messages.
    An option for Textra to send another notification to trigger the watch would be helpful.
