  1. notification repeat reminder

    I think, instead of it being every 2 minutes...can we make our own interval? I liked my stock app having it go off every 5 minutes to repeat notification being that my LG G6 doesn't have a LED light.

    it would be wonderful to have the ability to start over and reset contact colors, notification sounds, privacy settings, everything. just reset all settings to how they were when you first download the app.

  4. Enhanced delay send

    You guys need to flip the x and the send button. ppl whom.have been using the features are used to click that where the send is quickly and now will press send as opposed to x.

  6. grouping messages from the same sender that are sequentially-numbered rather than identified with a static number

    my bank sends me individual text messages for balance and account activity. Each message seems to originate from a phone number or sender ID code numbered sequentially, like this :

    4021030001
    your balance exceeds the $200.00 threshold.

    4021030002
    Check number 2031 cleared on July 20th for $33.86

    4021030003
    A deposit was made in the amount of $125.00 on July 21.

    etc.... I would like a way to somehow group together related messages from the same sender, into one single conversation even tho they all originate with a different number. some kind of pattern matching functionality would he nice. like... allow…

  7. Allow user to save MMS to different location

    my phone has very limited internal memory, so it would be very valuable to allow us to select where we would like to save our received pictures and messages.

  8. Mark as Read in Notification

    In Google Messenger, there are two notification options to an incoming text message: "reply" and "mark as read". If you click "mark as read", the message will look like a read text when you go to open the app.

    In Textra, the only option is "reply." I think it would be helpful to add the "mark as read" option as well.

  9. Better "recently used" emojis

    The recently used section for emojis is unsatisfying. The first 3 rows are in fact recently used, the following 9 are not recently used (at least not by me). It would be nice if the entire recently used emojis were truly recently used emojis to save looking through all of them.

    If the person You're texting also has "Textra" I think it'd be cool if it said if they saw the message you sent. So people know if they're being ignored or not.

    bonjour, je vous poste à nouveau une de mes idees pour ameliorer cette application, sa serait génial que vous ajoutiez la possibilité d'activer ou de desactiver les bulles de discussion en arriere plan sur le mobile, que l'on puisse l'ouvrir comme la fermer tout en aillant un accès rapide aux conversations. merci à vous.

    Currently clicking on the image in the snippet opens a browser (or asks which app to use, depending upon your settings).
    It would be nice to have it open the image in-app like Telegram does.
