Back up settings
Please please allow you to do a back up with settings I don't necessarily care about my text messages but back up all the settings and colors in have set up. Like how nova launcher gives you the ability to do so. It is a huge time saver when you get a new phone.

emoji fix
in the quick reply, it doesn't show the emoji we selected (iOS) fixing this would be amazing.

one messaging
instead of receiving multiple messages that someone come out of order let's receive ONE long message instead. similar to the iPhone but with the amazing style of Android and Textra

Private Box, Favorite and Back-Up Setting
This are features available to most text messaging app, like GO SMS. It would be really helpful if we can have a privacy box where private messages are kept. And an option to put certain messages on "Favorites" folder so we can have easy access on important things/reminder. Lastly, a back-up option which will enable us to keep messages we want on back-up in case we lose our phones or have to reinstall the app due to reformatting or other problem.

LG V30 extended capture
the extended screen shot doesn't work in the Textra app. it work for Samsung. what I mean is you can take a screenshot but keep scrolling and capturing. this feature would be great if it worked. thanks!!

Notification feature
When message shows up in notification only option is "reply". Need option to "delete" and "mark as read"

Link addresses to Google Maps
Why not have texted addresses link to opening Google Maps, for finding locations? The default Google Messages app already does this. Why doesn't Textra?

Used tabs to group emojis and add search function
Instead of having to scroll through the groups of emoji, have a tabbed grouping of emojis similar to how FB messenger does it. Also possibly be able to search for emoji like thumbs up or heart etc

white theme that is easier on your eyes
Hi it'd be great if there were a white theme which was easier on your eyes similar to how iPhone is, with white text and white bubbles, but allows for text and the white bubbles to be seen easier. currently if i do a white bubble and a white background it becomes a giant blur of text forming to the background

Text tree modification
Please make the ability to add or remove someone from a text tree. If I create one now and forget someone, I have to do it all all over again. This would be a great addition.

Choose Default Gallery Application
I use a different app than stock for my images and it would be amazing if you could choose to automatically open a Gallery app whenever you click what I call the "browse" button under pictures

Individual Emoji Settings
Let each conversation or contact have their own emoji settings. Then contacts with Androids and iPhones will each have the correct emoji displayed.
