Notification Scheduler
I work a job where it would be extremely helpful to set the hours in which you do not receive notifications of incoming texts. This would be important when you do not want your sleep disturbed. You could then set different profiles with different schedules too.

Favorites in alphabetical order
I'd like my favorite conversations (the starred ones) to be displayed in alphabetical order so they are in the exact same spot every time.

Contact informations
Just like Android message, it will be nice that we could touch the picture of a contact to see all of it, but not opening the contact app

Group as entreprises
Just like messenger, it will be nice that we could put our Snapchat code, google code, etc... in a "folder"

show conversations by most recent or unread at top
add an option switch to either display the list of conversations by most recent or by unread. use case: users (like me) that save a known unread messages from somebody for later action, need to keep all unreads at the top of the list.

just like it says select an emoji select a lock icon bingo Emoji stays at the top of the list until unlocked unlocked

quick reply text carryover to reply
I hate how when I'm responding in the quick reply in my notification dropdown that if the message is too long or I accidentally click to go to the thread that I have to copy and paste or start over my reply. if I've started a reply it should carry over in to the thread so I can complete my text rather than having to start over.

I am using T-Mobile Digits and I have 2 lines on my Galaxy S8. I would like to see a way to send and receive texts using both lines.

Textra Interface Inprovement
Can Textra make Bold letters the contact names as we scroll down the threads for ease of searching a message.
In landscape mode, can you make another column at leftmost for scrolling down the threads while typing at right side as for multi tasking on the app.

Custom text color override
Please override the selected text color for received messages when it is too close to a contact's custom bubble color. For example, I use light grey text, but against a surf green color, it is too light to read easily. This already happens for the bubbles containing a contact's initials, but doesn't happen for messages themselves. Perhaps just invert the color (i.e. turn 20% grey to 80% grey).

Ability to customize padding
Textra is a beautiful app in every way except one, bubble padding. There's too little padding. Please add an ability to customize padding. Add an ability to increase or decrease padding to fit what works best for the user.

Colourful picture themes for app
themes with images that can be contributed for free by users like go pro before they went commercial then insane hijacking the lock screen and installing adds outside the app. I used to love getting my messaging app, keyboard and phone background as matched as possible (but not the theme set that changes phone icons, that should be optional). There's a lot of free ones created by users for go sms that if approached would likely be happy to have them used on here.

Resend
When a message fails to send, rather than just inform me, I would like it to automatically retry to send after a few minutes. Sometimes I don't see the fail to send message until considerably later.

Have an option to have your messages delete themselves after a set amount of time, such as 30 days.

Block Spam Based on Words
Block texts based on a keyword so that spammers who use different numbers but the same words can be blocked.
