  1. This is really a Nice app to work with...

    This is really a Nice app to work with. I also like the customisability of the UI. However, I feel that there should be a chance to sync with the local SMS app of Android. If I delete any message in Textra, the local sms app of android also should be synced. So that I need not delete it in 2 places. One Textra & Two the regular SMS app of Android.

    Please look into this & try to fix the sync issue

  2. Theme

    Colors & personal pics choice added to background theme. Black, dark & off are not enough. I love this text app but do miss adding my pics in background.

  8. Including Voip, SIP and Fax numbers, and show on Contact Details, who has the same Features

    I experienced it with my Stock Dialer,
    If I don't invite up to hundreds of People, my Contacts, or include it in my Google Profiles, I have also a multiple Account,
    because I have got new phone numbers, or can call cheaper by installing the popular Apps,
    like Viber, HeyWire or other known Apps and have more virtual Phone Numbers,
    And I am busy to activate Fax again,
    It doesn't change the Contacts Info Details,
    Like by syncing, Phone numbers appear by my Contacts, of Google in first Place,
    I would like to see this Details automatically,

  12. My idea is that if the boss sends out an early AM text on Monday cancelling the early AM meeting the next city over, then actually show me!

    Actually show me the text cancelling an early AM meeting, put it in an inbox or start a thread right there, rather than only showing me replies, like "great" or "thank goodness!" Because I drove to the next county AM and confirmed, the boss texted me. My phone was on, and I got other employee's replies, so I know some sort of thread was started, so why not show me the first one actually cancelling the meeting so I didn't have to get up early and start driving across Florida?

  14. Allow option to disable auto rotate for quick reply.

    In the app it responds to whether or not you've locked screen rotation, which I do--to portrait.

    It would be nice to have the option, since many people prefer the landscape keyboard, or don't want it to switch if they're already in landscape mode.

    I, on the other hand, have a large phone in a big case, and the landscape keyboard is much less comfortable than the portrait one. I'd like to be able to choose portrait all the time, so I can quick reply to messages, even if I'm lying on my side.

  17. absolutely the best messaging app ever. Only problem is you can't use it using Wi-Fi even with your mobile number attached.

    The only way you could improve this app is to allow it to use Wi-Fi to send and receive your SMS. It's so close to being a reality, it will just be a matter of time. Thank you to the developers who created this app.

    The idea of splitting the text messages is a very good idea but after being split, the arrangement and sequence of the splitted parts of the message is changed. It confuses the text recipient.
