    A confirmation dialogue would help prevent accidental balance deduction. It can be toggled on or off from settings according to user preference

  2. Edit times for Day and Night mode

    6am to 10pm is awesome--but it'd be cool to have the option to have flexibility with the time range day mode and night mode activates

  5. bubble pointer and space between

    When sending more than one bubble at onces the last bottom bubble should contain the pointer and leave small space btn the above bubbles like in IOS

  6. Add a Meme feature (add text to top and bottom of any picture before you send)

    The texting app line has this feature. When you choose a picture, you're able to hit a Meme button and add a text overlay to the top and bottom of the picture. It's extremely convenient because I no longer need to use a separate app.

  7. Option to remove call buttons

    Its easy to call someone on accident especially if you slide left on the main screen a call shortcut is displayed.

  8. A .mp4 category? Clip with sound trimmed for MMS

    Takes a lot of time to trim a .mp4 down to mms size. And often they are used once and deleted. Would be nice to find a searchable archive somewhere?

  10. Customize Send Button Icon

    Simple idea but it would be cool to be able to have multiple options for how the send button looks. I noticed it changed recently and was immediately noticeable. Wish we had more options.

  13. To somehow make it easier to scroll through a message while you are composing it. I find the current experience janky.

    I think allowing a way to hide the keyboard and actually review a message properly. Every time I touch a point that I want to scroll to, or insert the cursor, it jumps and Janks around and I can't see the cursor, or what I am writing. Ironing this experience out and allowing a way to hide the keyboard while scrolling through a long message, for the purpose of review prior to sending would be key stuff. Otherwise, you guy's kick ass. Great app, always improving!

  15. Possible Bugs with notifications

    I have found 2 possible bugs with Textra notifications:

    • Too many notifications coming in at once temporarily lock the UI thread.

    • Multiple "Cannot get MMS" messages tend to cause conversations to have persistent unread message notifications until the conversation is deleted.

    Let me expain my situation that has caused me to find these bugs. I cannot get sms or mms messages at my work (I am aware that this is an issue with my service provider and not with the app). Pretty much all day I get notices that Textra "Cannot get mms."

  19. Indicate the text message not reading like the iPhone system on the logo

    Give the same indication as the Apple system for the text message to know how many message are not read
    Could be à great idea for people where coming from iOS system

  20. An option when sending a group message for replies to come just to you or to the group. Verizon's text app has this and it's wonderful!

    When composing a text there is a toggle button for responses to you or responses to the group.
