  8. Status bar icon grouping

    Can you group the icons in the status bar so that if I have 3 new messages it just displays one textra icon with a small number next to it? As opposed to filling up the status bar with one textra icon per message like it is now so when I have 3 new messages it shows 3 icons which wastes space

    Please implement a feature we can use to block unwanted text messages! As of late my associates & I have been getting unwanted texts from spammers, advertisers and loans lol! I along with my friends would upgrade to the pro version just for this feature alone! Thank you very much TEXTRA for your hard work!

    Please create a button under 'attach' for a quick link to Bitmoji if possible. It's a pain to have to go in Bitmoji, select a Pic then find textra then find the person to send it to 🤦‍♂️

    when writing a long text, it comes to a point where you can't see all you are writing. Maybe after 90 characters or so there should be an indicator or button to press to have a full screen input

  15. Who Sent Last Message - Main Page Indicator

    On the main page, where you see the last sent message of each correspondence, there should be an indicator of who sent the last message (me or them). You you could add an arrow icon for example.

  17. Delete For All Option

    A delete for all option to delete text for both sender and receiver...just like WhatsApp. If Textra could do this to recall messages sent to any network it would beat WhatsApp in any angle. Sometimes you just change your mind about messages or send a message to the wrong person and wanted to cancel that.

  18. ringtons for individual contacts

    amnt would be great to have one main text notification for all text and to also be able to apply a notification sound for certain specific contacts. google messages offers this but, i have troibke with my messages not sending ever since they have updated and enabled "Chat Features". needless to say, i love your app because it is customizable with different colors and a dark mode. i just wish the option for contacts to have their own text ringtone was available with your Textra app. thank you for reading this.

  19. Resend failed messages automatically until it's successful

    From time to time my provider's messaging system gets congested, or I suddenly find myself in an area with 2 bars or less in terms of signal strength. Often times in these consignee, I get an error message saying that the message didn't send and it makes me continuously click + retry, click + retry...until it finally gets through. Having the error catcher that's already in Textra for this "loop until sent and received" would be a huge time saver and major stress/mental health management feature.
