    I would like to have a favourite bar on top of my inbox window. That way you can choose your favourite contacts and always have them easy to click on, when ever you want to text them

  3. Fast drag scroll thingy

    Can we have the scrollbars back where we can quickly drag on it to do a fast scroll up or down the list?

  4. Change of mobile number.

    Should be able to change my mobile number under MMS column in settings Menu, because its automatically selected and showing my SIM1 mobile number which is not my actual number. Any option to edit that number to enter SIM2 number as my mobile number?

  5. Button to view all photos from thread

    I believe the iPhone has this. Instead of scrolling up in a sms thread to find a picture (or scrolling for eternity to find an old sent photo), add a button in that shows all photos that were sent and recieved in that thread.

  6. Change Contact Color

    The ability to assign different colors to different contacts. Right now the app takes your main theme color and assigns the first letter of each contacts name as the bubble beside their name (if they don't have a picture), the ability to customize this would be neat!

  7. Delete after the first click on delete, instead give the option to redo the action.

    Currently you have to tap twice on the delete button, to delete something. Instead you could delete after one click, and give the option to redo the action. That way, you would have longer time to think about your action and maybe redo, also you would need one click less.

  8. Ability to choose the length of time for a repeated notification. Plus an option to have a different ringtone for repeated notifications.

  9. Set a limit for SMS (auto delete)

    Exactly how it sounds. Set a number to limit the space conversations are taking up on your phone. Should be default at 500 or even 200, like most messaging apps have. I have this setting in another messaging app, but that doesn't affect Textra, and Textra hogs a ton of memory because there's no limit.

  10. Keep new message notification in status bar until the message is read. I'm missing messages b/c the notification disappears too quickly.

    Please go back to keeping the new message notifications in the status bar until the message is read. I don't know when that changed, but currently, the notification in my status bar only stays there for a few minutes. If I don't notice that I received a text within those few minutes, then it disappears and I have no idea that I've missed a text. I'm missing wayyyyyyy too many texts right now. I was going to buy the paid version of Textra, but I need my notifications to stay in the status bar until I read them. Please fix…

  12. Option to get rid of the circle/contact photo in conversation list

    Your messaging app would be perfect in my opinion if there is an option to get rid of the circle/contact photo that appears next to a person's name in the conversation list. Windows phone messaging is the only one so far that gives that sleek look, no distracting images, just the contact's name.

  16. Call option on swipe

    Option to swipe message right for call contact and left for delete message. And vis versa. Right now it's left for call contact and right for delete message. Would like a option to choose.

    I use the current setting to display only mobile contacts. However when doing such I can not share any contacts saved other than mobile. I would like to share #'s I have saved under work.

    On the message screen under the time section (when you swipe) it should display a circle for pending and not yet completely sent messages, then a check mark for a completely sent message.

  20. Manually edit custom vibration patterns

    The custom vibration implementation so far is pretty nifty, but it needs a more fine grained, detailed control. It would be easier to get the exact pattern a user is looking for if they started by entering it the way it is now, then transitioned to a textview to set the timings exactly how they want them.

    Alternately, if you want to do a bit more work, some form of slider with tabs at the beginning and end of the vibrating segments that the user can move would probably be a bit more user friendly, but personally I'm cool with…
