  1. Schedule recurring texts

    Hello, it would be very helpful to be able to schedule a recurring text message. My wife is very forgetful and we have opposite sleep schedules, so it would help a lot to be able to schedule a recurring text to remind her to take her pills. Thank you for your time 😊

  2. Dual SIM

    Hey!

    You said that Dual SIM had been added in v3.23.
    I'm in version 4.66 (Android v13) and I haven't seen in Settings any option related to Dual SIM.
    When sending a SMS there is no way I could find to select the sending SIM.
    There is no issue receiving SMS on both SIMs.

    I read all threads here related to Dual SIM and couldn't find any post explaining how to use Dual SIM with your app.

    Can you make your app Dual SIM user friendly?

  5. Unrecognized texts folder

    Unrecognized texts folder for political numbers/digits with no match to my phone contacts. I'm getting hundreds of these a week and it's a real pain to blocklist them all.

  6. App Screen Color App Screen Color

    Textra team/developer, please add the following as well to next coming update:

    1) Option to have a color palette for the "screen color" versus only dark, light, black --- users should be able to choose whether to have same screen color for both the conversation list and within conversations screen or have different colors in each area.

    2) Allow option to change the contact icon to either a number sign (#), picture if available or generic version by Textra, or contact's initials (one, two, etc).

    3) Swipe options for: marking a message read/unread, deleting a conversation, call [contact], archive, mute,…

    I live in the UK where we show our dates as DD/MM/YY. I'd love to be able to change the date of the text to the way we use it rather than MM/DD/YY as it can get confusing.

  13. KEEP --- safety delete

    I have now accidentally deleted my KEEP file.
    This is not good at all. Things I write that I will never be able to write again, important links ......etc etc are now GONE. NOT GOOD.
    There needs to be a 2 step process to delete a KEEP file or a longer period in which to reverse a delete. I did not know I did this till this morning and I'm greatly upset.

    Please allow the option to create or edit the quick replies. I don't generally type okay. So I'd love to use it and make it my own. I'd write OK, I'd rather the quick replies feel more like me

  16. Contact grouping and tabbed inbox

    Samsung's stock messaging app has a feature that allows you to create tabbed inbox categories for contacts, including choosing a "front page" tab that may not be "all messages". For example, contact groups could be Family, Work, etc.
    In my case I use it to group my known contacts, and then set that as my front page when I open the app, all spam texts therefore get sent to a second tab where all contacts are shown.

  17. Contact Customization Save Feature

    Every time I get a new phone, I have to set up all of my contact with their respective colors and text tones all over again. I'm surprised that Textra has not implemented a way to save these contact nuances to a user account to transfer seamlessly whenever switching to a new phone. This would be a game changer for Textra since the main appeal seems to be the customization options. Please find a way to save and remember these customization options. I'd gladly make an account or something to do so. Thanks.

  20. no signal

    even when the phone has no signal from wifi and or data old sent and recieved messages should still be available for use in case something was sent before that can help as far as location or something
