    Give us a setting (like on iphone) so that each person may have his or her own text tone so we know by sound who is texting us

  4. Prof reminder not compatible

    Incompatibility with the application Textra SMS.
    With installed application ​Textra SMS​ notifications for SMS may not work.

    Android store all messages in the internal database. Prof Reminder tracks changes in
    the database to start / stop notifications. But Textra application marks all received messages
    as read.

    I'd like to not be automatically taken to the a new message if my scroll position is high enough. I might be looking through a thread to find an old message (that I couldn't find using the search function) and be 200 messages back. If that person sends me a message right then though, I'm taken back to the newest message and have to start the search all over again.   11. To be able to name group chats, add or remove people from group message

    As of now on my Nexus 5, when sending a mass text to multiple people, all it does is send an individual message to all people I've selected. We should have an option to at least name the title, instead of just seeing all the contact names, and also edit the people who receive group messages.

  13. Show the last sender in a conversation

    In addition to showing the contact(s) associated with a particular conversation, it would be useful to be able to see who posted the last message from the conversations screen. This would be particularly useful for group conversations in which I may only glance at the partial message in the conversations screen, but currently cannot tell who sent it.

  15. Maybe have a way to categorize your contacts in the app

    In my phone I have different notification bubbles and ringtone for all my contacts so I have an idea for who it might be before I look at. Example: purple for family members, blue for friends, green for my gf, and white for unknowns. Maybe just put categories in the app to make this easier to do

  16. Group sms should work should able to tell who has read the message and who has yet to read the same

    I send a lot of group sms, does not work on textra get failed d sms in mins
    We should able to understand who has opened and read the same and who has yet to open the same in real time

  17. mms not working since lollipop upgrade on one plus one

    Hi, I have tried suggested fixes but still no joy.
    Delete unused apns, manually set mmsc etc in textra settings...stuck on this.

  18. Edit Scheduled Text

    Would love to be able to edit a scheduled text message. The option to be able to go back and change a message that has already been typed that is set for a future time. Having to delete the message then retyping the new one seems redundant. I believe this would be a useful tool in the app. I frequently use the scheduled text option but every once in a while I need to go back and edit the message before it gets sent at the future time.
