  1. Customizable notification sounds or ringtones from personal media files

    The title pretty much says it all. Textra is great and all but I really wish I could customize the ringtones from my personal media files. I love android for its high customizability, and this not having the simple option of adding a custom ringtone is quite a step down from the standard. Hope admins see this, cheers!

  2. Send photos in order they are selected.

    I've noticed recently that if I want to send photos in a certain I have to individually select it and add it each time. I first tried to send a group of photos and realized that they did not go in the order I selected them. It was essential as they were a chain of screenshot but the dialogue exchange could not be followed correctly by someone on the receiving end.

  4. Love text scheduler feature!

    It would be great if there was a separate signature option to let people know the text had been scheduled and not live. I often use the 'schedule text' feature as a reminder service and I label it as such--especially if I'm going into a meeting, or to bed, or the person receiving it is in a meeting, a different time zone or works a different shift and I don't want them to reply while I'm sleeping....

  6. Integrate with Flickr

    Have the ability to attach pictures and videos using Flickr as the source. You can send a picture from Flickr but you cannot reply to a message with a picture from Flickr.

  8. The ability to extract fonts from other apps

    Could you add a feature where you could use fonts from other apps? My current keyboard, jellybean keyboard 4.3 pro has a scan feature, where it Will extract fonts from games, clocks etc, and I think if something similar was implemented into textra it would make the app even more unique

    When the app is open to someone your texting and is put to your ear the proximity sensor pick it up and calls that person

  11. popup notification keyboard from the start instead of just notifying

    popup the notification with keyboard from the start instead of just notifying and then waiting X seconds before disappearing.
    After a X amount of time the popup with keyboard goes away too.
    Pressing back marks it as read.

    auto open keyboard when screen off, so that can start replying immediately to the FIRST message as soon as i turn on the screen. after replying to this message, the NEXT PERSON'S unread message comes up!

    Why don't do a automaticly delete sms from a custom date.
    Exemple : delete all sms older than 7 days ?

  14. Ability to assign custom colors to each one of your contacts

    A la google messenger. Makes it much easier to keep track of people in group messages. Custom bubble and theme colors are a must. We can already customize our main theme.

    In Group message, show only first name in group list and wrap the names. That way you can easily see everyone in the group message. For both conversation list and message header.

  16. The size of roundel left side the contact wasn't changed in contact list in the latest update...

    In the message screen the size of roundel became small according to font size, but in contact list the roundel size is not changed. So this need to be corrected.

  17. Paste and send

    Hello,

    I have a hockey game i organize.
    It would be really useful to have a Paste and send directly from main window.
    Sometimes I need to send to many players the same message but I don't want to use groups. So I go on each one and paste and send. It would be useful to be able to just press on a contact from the main textra menu and have one button that paste and send
