  3. Option to see when every message has been 'Delivered' not just some messages/just MMS

    Basically, have the option to see when all messages are Delivered rather than just Sent/Delivered depending on the message type. This is how it was on my Galaxy S7, but not the S9 (maybe the Android version changed it?)

    Create an option that suggests emojis for words typed in. For example, typing "zzz" will allow you to tap the word and replace it with 😴

  5. Turn on screen on silent

    When I'm texting at work it is very annoying if my phone is constantly ringing for sms or buzzing on vibrate. I have "turn on screen" turned off because of past experiences when my phone dismissed my notifications or repyed with nonsense when in pocket...
    But when I'm in office I have phone in front of me on the table and I see if something is going on. Constantly turning on and off this function "turn in screen" is a bit redundant when you can only add on more option to textra setting fot "turn on screen" on silent. :-)…

  6. Texts Sorted By Date/Pinned Contacts

    It would be nice to have a setup where text messages are displayed in sections according to date and pinned contacts.

    For example. The first section header would be pinned contacts, the second section header would be unread messages, the third section header would be texts received today, the next section yesterday's text and so on.

    The textra shows me the numbers when I finish to send many mms simultaneously.
    But I want to see the names instead of numbers.

  9. Please show groups in suggestions while searching for name.

    While searching for contacts, search not works for the group members of the conversation which I had sent earlier. If suggestions for them too visible in search bar while sending a new message, that would be helpful.

  10. By clicking on contact name or photo, open contact details page.

    There is an option in present in the app for it, on detail page. but instead going on that page; just directly pressing the contact name or photo opening of contact details would be easier and convenient.

  12. Padding in text.

    I stead of having the text edge to edge, allow a setting for padding. Like, none, padding 1(which is small), padding 2 (which is medium) .

    Also, allow if we want the user icon to be in the text message or not.

  14. Always notify when phone screen is turned off

    This happens quite often, I'll be texting somebody, hit the power to turn off the screen, and put the phone in my pocket. However, I don't get a notification when they text me back. I'm guessing this is because the app is active, even though my phone is not active.

    Instead of only displaying a mosaic of the contact photos for the people in a group text thread, allow the user to pick a custom image for the thread.

  16. Allow messages from unknown renders to be grouped into a strangers folder.

    this is the only feature that go SMS does better than textra. there is a thread within all the other text messages that is easily clicked to bring up a strangers folder. that folder looks like the normal messages thread but all of the numbers are contacts that are not saved. hitting the back button puts you right back into your regular messages. please consider this.

  17. Fitbit charge 3 quick reply compatibility!

    please find a way to use quick reply on charge 3, I can receive texts notifications with textra on the 3 but can't quick reply... is there a reason why I can't?

  18. Better Integration for contacts.

    I noticed that an unknown number texted me while using this app. Well when I went in and tried to add it to my contacts it didn't go to add new contact with the number already implanted. Also the app is not syncing new contacts immidiately
