  1. 2 improvements & one error.

    The app sis great although I would like to give you some ideas other users may like:
    1. If a user has a dual SIM phone, do not set SIM 1 card as a default when sending new SMS. Put a question mark and let the user choose which card should be used.

    1. Allow removing landuage specific characters for each SIM card. I for example pay for each SMS messace on one card and the other one has unlimited SMS messages so I don't need the compression on that card.

    I don't know why but since a month or two…

    For group messages, have an option to automatically download the messages rather than seeing that you have to download a message each time.

  4. Phonetic Nicknames

    The ability to have contacts listed as the phonetic Nickname rather than the first and last. For example, we'll use a character called Dan the man; so his first name is 'Dan', and his last is 'the man'. The phonetic Nickname might be boiboi, so when I search for him, Textra should just say boiboi. When I receive a message from Dan, it should say from boiboi.

  5. User Folder creations

    This is my 2nd request. Why doesn't allow users to make and move Text messages to folders? Yahoo, a FREE email allows users to create an move messages to said folder? It seems like a simple request that should have been one of the very first features you implemented.

  6. Customize date and time format

    I would be grateful if I can choose what is the format of date and time (eg. Instead of 04/24/2018 i would prefer 24.04.2018). The same with the time.

  8. Vibrate in power saver mode!

    How about adding the feature for the app to vibrate while phone is in power saver mode? I should be able to have my phone on vibrate AND conserve battery life while using this app!

  9. Do not disturb support

    Work with stock Android's "Do Not Disturb" mode to not vibrate or make a sound in "alarms only", and "priority only" depending on the contact.

    i think the look for media files in message needs an update. I like how received and sent media files look in other apps, one for example is Android messages. I think an update in that direction would be good

    Option to change light and night mode so that the night mode uses the black theme instead of the dark theme. This would be much better for AMOLED devices.

  15. Separate Junk SMS

    be good if sms from unknown numbers (numbers not in contacts list) go to a separate inbox or tab or something like that. if you then decide that unknown sms is ok, you can opt to receive sms from that number in the regular inbox. basically it should work like how you handle spam email.

  20. A couple additions

    would like an archive feature. may want to keep the message but not necessarily need it in my inbox..

    it would be nice to have 2 different type of lock features.
    1. be able to lock the message in your inbox as if it was pinned so it can't be deleted and it would push it down to the bottom of the list.
    2. be able lock messages as if they are hidden. add a box to file the hidden messages so you can refer to them later. should be able to use your fingerprint, pattern or pin (password) to…
