Attach photo to thread
instead of attaching a pic from Textra into my thread, I would like to be able to share the photo from my gallery to Textra and have it give me as list of threads to choose from instead of single contacts. much more convenient. thanks.

More/Longer search results
Like the title says. Sometimes when I search, it reaches a certain number of results and doesn't return any more. This means that it is impossible to search for something from too long ago if it is a common search term. Why limit the number of results? I'd like to be able to see them all.

hide contact images in conversation list
I don't really use the contact images on the conversation list and would like to hide them, ideally shifting the text to the left, but minimally just making them transparent in place.

compatible with smart watches
Would be great if textra was compatible with smart watches as a stock messaging app and not just able to recieve the messages.

Don't know if this is already covered but I would really like to see an option of cloud backup so I can access messages across devices and have a backup not physically on my device.

Heads-up notification COLOR option
Option to change the color of heads-up. I'm using a black theme on my phone also in textra. And i sometimes i can't notice the notif because it's all black.. It would be cool if we can change the color. :) thanks

Messenger notification behaviour
In Android Messenger, you get one native heads-up notification per conversation, and when you reply from the notification, it stays in the tray. Also, the notification should show the most recent X messages rather than a summary "X new messages".
The 3.35 update comes close, just a little more to go!

Remove line under header when using Black theme and #000 primary color
I think the line under the header when both the theme color and the primary color are #000 is really ugly.

organize your list of message however you'd like, not strictly by date.

Addition to the Auto-Theme Contacts
the idea is to not allow your "sent" bubble colour to look similar to your "received" bubble colour. this way there is always a contrast between the two. currently two of my conversations have the same bubble colours for the sender and receiver.
