Fitbit watch
I have a Fitbit smartwatch but cannot read my text messages apparently because I'm using a textra message. I enjoy using textra. I hate to give it up. Any ideas?

Limit repeat notification sound
OK, so either way too many people have send on enter enabled or they used their send button as a period. 😉. I would love a setting like "do not play notification sound again within <x> seconds of another message sent by the same person". Add in that the timer gets cleared if you respond. Maybe a pet peeves, but I hate when I'm in the middle of something and someone bombards me with 5 or 6 rapid fire texts and each one is notifying me. 😠

Select All Button Change
When selecting messages in the Gallery view, the double checkmark icon that is the 'select all' button is misleading, at least to me. I managed to delete all my messages (and was thankfully able to recover some) because I clicked the select all button thinking it would confirm the delete. Then, not noticing that all my messages were now selected I hit the trash can icon to confirm the delete and poof! No more messages. I'd recommend a different icon or some text or something indicating what the select all button is.

New Group message accessible menu
You can't change group message options on a new group, such as chat/bulk or name, unless you exit back to main screen and back into group. Can the options menu button be on the same screen as creating the group? PLEASE!

easy copy of phone number in mesage
many texts have phone numbers with attached conference extensions. others have web links. make it easy to copy those parts of the message or link to dialer or web browser directly. thanks

The ability to lock a text thread.
It would be nice if there was an ability to lock a text thread so you can be sure it is not deleted accidentally. This would be amazing, especially for keeping records of texts that you want to have saved for future reference. That would be pretty cool. Thanks.

Toggle option IN text message to choose whether to send group message as bulk or chat
Instead of having to go to settings, it would nice to be able to toggle it right from in the text. Sometimes I have certain groups that I want to send as bulk, and other groups I want to send as chat. Would be way more convenient to just be able to toggle it in the text.
Many other texting apps already have it and I find myself using those instead even though I prefer Textra in all other way.

Textra needs to work with Android's new Work and Personal Area feature
Google and enterprise companies who look to separate work and personal data on the phone have/are release work vs personal area's - this allows apps to be explicitly work or personal. Textra currently only picks up the Personal contacts and not the Work Contacts (again same contact app just segmented be data area).

Option for making app icon color match theme color
just add a simple toggle in the app icon color picker to make it automatically match the color that the system theme is. I'm sure 99% who change the theme color choose the same for the app icon also; so it would greatly help with that

numeric times for custom vibration
currently to set a custom notification pattern, we need to record the pattern by tapping on the phone. it would be nice to be able to manually enter times in milliseconds to vibrate for.
for instance, 500,500,1000 would be "vibrate for half a second, stop for half a second, vibrate for 1 full second".
that's how most other apps do it and it's honestly a better system I think

Filter for Unread Messages
Be able to filter for unread messages, in case they're deep in your inbox and you cannot notice them or don't want to spend time scrolling to them.

I would find it useful to have a setting where unread threads remain at the top and then sort based on time once read.

Block numbers by area code
Scammers consistently text/call from area codes near mine, but I don't live in that area anymore. So I know if I ever get a message from certain area codes that are NOT in my contacts, it's spam. Can we have the option to block all numbers that start with certain digits (excepting contacts)?
