mute should be accessible from quick reply menu
alongside the "open in app" option, it would be nice to mute a conversation from this menu.

update the notification to show users when an image is included with the text message
currently the notification only shows written text. depending on what is said I don't automatically check to see if a picture/image is included. a notification alerting us that there is an image would be helpful.

Priority senders
Samsung Galaxy s5 had Samsung message app had option call "priority senders option" that is the best way to keep all frequently used contacts for text in one small line, please look into its best and will change your app demand in next level

Show first name only in text window.
It would be nice to have an option to show only the recipient's first name at the top of the text window. Thank you!

font color custumization with each contact
when u have a light color for a contact and u have chosen white font, you can't read the white on the light background. same witjh black font, can't read on darker colored contact... i have resigned to using darker color contact colors and a white font. it would. be nice too be able to choose font color with each contact

If pro users have more content i think you will have more Pro Users because we just have a ad-block when you buy.
Ideas : More personalization, more options, custom font of discussions, fingerprint unlock & add fast helping than no pro users.

How to look like an iPhone
So you change your bubble style to the circle with the teensy arrow (the apple one) and then go onto the bubble colours and you change it to blue for sent, and grey for received. You also change your emojis to iOS style. You can find all these features on the three dots in the top right corner and then click 'Settings' and click 'Customise looks' or 'Customise'

Notification sound / muted
Please add the feature that a notification sound will be played even though the smartphone is muted.

emoji category buttons
It takes too long to scroll through a long list of emojis. Having emoji category buttons on top row of emojis such as what WhatsApp uses would make using emojis faster and easier. Such a "people", "food", "animals", "sports" etc, would make texting so much faster, since you'd be taken to that specific category instead of scroll all people's emojis to get to food emojis and such.

Make black screen color mode turn adaptive keyboard colors black
On Samsung keyboard with adaptive theme on and with textra dark theme on, the keyboard still shows up as white. When I go to recent apps, I can see that the element behind the keyboard is white so having that change with the theme that might fix the issue

Volume keys = font size
It would be great to optionally be able to change font size on the fly using the volume buttons. I had that feature on my old Samsung Note 4, and used it all the time. Thanks.

Automatically prevent spam messages
In my country, there are too many contacts that send advertising messages to a large number of personal contacts who are constantly being annoyed by receiving such ads. It even get worse when you live in a large city.
Textra can (I hope) add a special feature to report such contacts; based on the number of reports of an annoying contact, Textra can automatically consider it as a smap-sender and prevent its notification for Textra users; instead it can put its messages in a separate silent folder/inbox.1 vote -
Add call history to the text messages
When someone calls you and your have been texting them. I would like it to show they called or you called them in between the text messages, like how Facebook messenger does it.

Select all in a discussion
In a long discussion, I wish I could "check all" to be able to uncheck only the items to keep. Currently, to do that, you have to check it one to one.
