Save incoming notification settings
Textra allows us to disable the incoming notifications for certain senders, which is great. This allows me to see SMS from only important users and not bother spam msgs.
However, the setting is only phone specific, and if I change my phone, I need to once again resave the all 'disabled' notification settings for each sender.
Can you instead save the notification settings for a user and apply it even when we change our phone?
For E.g. If I disable msg notifications from 'ABC', then when ABC sends me a msg, I will not get a notification.
Now if I change my phone, msg notifications from ABC will again pop up.
I want it to instead automatically disable the notifications as I have done it in my older phone.Textra allows us to disable the incoming notifications for certain senders, which is great. This allows me to see SMS from only important users and not bother spam msgs.

I wish that I could send multiple messages from the quick reply
When I get a text, I click the message from the notification bar, and it pulls up the quick reply... But once I push send it goes away, and I cannot send multiple messages to that person.
I would like for when I click a message from the notification panel that it opens up the whole message instead of just the quick reply.

The is clearly a big demand for this but everyone has been posting in different ideas. My suggestion is to the developers to put this into action given the vast interest in this features, which is available in many other SMS apps.

Issue with home screen icon
The Extra home screen icon keeps showing that I have two unread messages even when i have clearly read all of them and even used the option in settings to mark everything as read. Only an issue when i use the "Everything Me" home app instead of the standard home. Is there a fix?

Look for phone numbers in message and display contact name if available
When a message arrives that contains a phone number, do a search against the contact list and display name if a match is found.

Phantom Texts
Occasionally, the app on the lock screen will notify that there are new messages when in fact all have been ready.

Return to the old new message page.
Please make the new message prompt function as it was before, where multiple recipients could be chosen without having to tap in the send field after each recipient is selected. Thank you!

Android M bug
When replying to a message, the text entered via keyboard is not visible. Textra should adjust itself so what you enter is viewable.
A developer preview I know but I'm reporting the bug nonetheless.

Have an option to turn of snap to new text.
Very frustrating when looking thru tweets and a new one comes in and it snaps down to the new text. Besides that love the app.

Can new Samsung Galaxy S6 really be replaced by Textra as the default message app?
I am finding even choosing Textra as a default, it disables features/connectivity normally with Samsung default messaging. Therefore, with Textra, I can't get notification sounds to work when receiving a message unless I turn Textra off, nor will it enable MMS (video or picture) . Nor any of the "share" features in other apps. Textra is not actually behaving as a default should in replacing the existing in-built messaging one, so keep having to turn it off and really Samsung. If it really did replace the S6 inbuilt app and connected to other services I would pay for Premium version just as I love the dark theme for my visual disabilities. However, at half the function I wouldn't risk buying it. Unless I am doing something wrong?
