  1. Disable screen scrolling to new text.

    When I have scrolled up to read old texts, new incoming texts cause the screen to scroll down to show the new text. Then I have to scroll back up and find the text that I was reading again... Then another new text comes in and the screen scrolls to the bottom... How do I turn this off?

  2. Ability to choose per contact the style of emoji

    It would be nice to be able to have a per-contact setting for which emoji style you want displayed and avaiable.

  3. show when the other person has read your message and is typing

    As long as both people are using textra we should be able to tell whether or not the other person has read our message.

  4. SMS/MMS button should be up front

    The option to switch from MMS to SMS and vice versa should have a button available when generating messages, not just in the settings menu. This would allow easy switching after recipients are selected.

  5. Implement the pin option

    Hey I can you implement the pin option for the application, means we must be able to pin the important messages to the top of the list, so all the other newly arrive msgs should be see bottom of the pined ones, so this will reduce the scroll time to find out the msgs, I personally like this idea because I always like to keep my girlfriend's msgs at the top of the list, but currently when I receive a new msg I have to go bottom of the application to find out girl msgs, so if we can pin…

  6. More text colors

    It can be very difficult to read white text on many of the brighter bubble colors. Giving a few options would make reading texts a lot easier on the eyes.

  7. total number of messages sent and received

    It would be better if you have a total number of messages sent counter. This will help subscribers to keep track of their sent messages especially for those who are subscribed to sms promos or combos. This will help keep track of the number of sms sent so you won't go over your limit

  8. Pre-configured text messages

    There should be an option for the user to set up standard text messages, which can just be inserted into the SMS. (Just as Handcent provides this facility). It would be very helpful.

  9. Select Text to Translate like WeChat App

    WeChat App has this feature where you can hold down the message and a menu will pop up and you can translate from any language to your default language. It would be awesome if Textra had this feature I'm sure many people would purchase pro version after that.

  11. Turn off notifications at certain times (without putting phone on silent)

    I work shifts (usually 4-midnight) but I usually get texts from friends whilst I should be sleeping. I could set phone to silent, but I need to receive phone calls. So I was wondering if we could get an option which shuts off notifications between a certain time frame each day (you could pick times for each day) or just an option to silence the app for 10 hours or until you turn it back on.

  12. Ability to hide or keep secret text messages

    If anyone tries to get into your text messages some you can keep private so noone can see unless they know about that screen!

  13. Show GIFs in texts like they do on iPhones and not as a link.

    iPhones automatically show the GIFs in the texts instead of a link that needs to be clicked on. When an iPhone user sends me a GIF I see it automatically however when I send one it shows up as a link. How can this be fixed?

  14. customization!

    It would be awesome if we could customize the look/feel of the bubbles. I would like to even be able to have the choice to completely remove the bubble all together for a clean look. Also, there are several apps that allow you to have several fonts to choose from. Like have the scroll bar for the fonts as you do with the color options. I think it would also be perfect to be able to change the color of the writing in the bubble.
    Also, it would be nice to have an archive, that way I don't have to…

  15. sent/received status of messages

    Yeah, for every message we have the time stamp. But it's only for being sent. I'd like to see, when my partner received the message. Cause sent and received is still not the same :/ pls update quick ; - ; thanks!

  18. show the original sender info after forwarding message - need it when reporting spam to my carrier

    When I forwarded the message I couldn't see who originally sent it to me as the forwarding info replaced it. Can you keep the original sender info?
